Lenovo Smart Plugs

Worked for awhile then fell off my system and unable to connect again. App is not effective. System in shop needs to be constantly reset.

Do not buy as App is unusable – The App is not usable. Once logged out you cannot log back in ever. No customer service contact. I replaced with Tapo that is 100% better. Also exchanged at jb hifi for more tapo plugs instead. Keep receipt and exchange if you purchase.

Very Disappointed - Unable to use Smart Plug – In simple terms the product is not smart and is not good. manage to see smartlife in my wifi settings in passing but then it was gone never to be found again. The documentation is not consistent with what you see in the app. I have spent 3 hours trying to connect this thing. Not sure why Lenovo is even bothering entering this market. They remind me the computer companies of the '90s when everything was so technical, complicated and unreliable.

The Not so Smart Plug – Imagine a smart plug that randomly turns on and off when it feels like, ignoring the schedules set up....this is what you get with this. Not so smart plugd – I purchased 3 lenovo smart plugs & were working fine until they updated firmware now i cant even reinstall them thus making them unusable. If you purchase these plugs do not update the firmware. Because then you can not use them Show details
