Terrible – Wireless printing works 50% of the time if I'm lucky. Takes a lot of patience and time to fix the problem. When it works, it works for a short period of time. few days later: same problem again.
Horrible Horrible Horrible – Zero Stars – Buy this printer (Lexmark MC3326) or Lexmark products at your own peril! This printer is supposed to be user friendly and easy to setup, including the wireless printing and scanning. It took me about 3 hours to setup the printer wirelessly on 1 PC to work partially. It still couldn’t scan though. It was the same struggle with the 2nd PC as well… Read more
as mobile printing. A couple of days later the 1 PC just suddenly couldn’t print wirelessly. Phoned tech support and about 3 hours later it could print, but still not scan wirelessly. A couple of days later both PC’s couldn’t print. Phoned tech support and about 5 hours later at 8pm on a Friday both PC’s could print and scan partially.
Tech support useless, empty promises and doesn’t speak English Said they will escalate and phone back on Monday to check if all is still fine. Also supervisor from customer support would call on Monday. Still waiting.
Today suddenly both PC’s can’t print or scan again wirelessly. Phoned tech support. They were extremely rude and said they will escalate. Printer not printing. Another1 hour wasted. Don’t know how many hours still need to be spent on this to be able to print and scan wirelessly and do mobile printing.
All and all so far spent over 12 hours now trying to setup a printer that does not print and scan wirelessly. The time, paper, ink and frustration wasted on this are not worth it.
For your own sanity and saving hours and hours of frustration, calls to tech support (who don’t speak English and are rude), do not buy Lexmark or this printer!
Furthermore, they stuffed my PC with remote tech support Tech support horrible Customer support non existent Lexmark horrible and not user friendly
We’ve asked Lexmark for a refund and compensation (printer not even a month old). No response yet at time of writing, but will update.
The cherry on the cake is they don’t even supply a printer cable in the box when buying this printer. You have to go out and buy your own.
Stay away as far as possible from Lexmark as you can!
