Lexmark X1195

Bad – Spend more money and buy a printer that has lower running costs Cheap printer but all functions work well and are easy to use Print cartridges, print cartridges, & print cartridges...they are expensive and run out if not used - I used my twice then did not use for a few months and needed to buy new cartridges at $30+ each cartridge you will quickly spend more on running costs than the actual printer
Bad – Overall opinion is that I would not recommend this printer to a friend. There are many printers on the market and they are all relatively equal in price, however, they are not functionally equal. The Lexmark x1195 seems to strongly lack in programming, drivers, and compatibility. If you own an older or outdated computer this printer may be suitable for you. Cheep initial cost and seems to work well without too many complications. First and foremost, installing this printer is difficult. The printer is usable with new downloadable drivers but the rest of the functions will not communicate with vista. I have tried to rectify this problem and have had computer savvy individuals with computer degrees to try and solve this problem without success.
Secondly, this printer seems to use more ink than other printers I have owned and the ink cartridges are expensive.
