Poor product, but even worse service – It's a nice looking unit, and claims 2 temperature zones for white and red wine; though both zones are not isolated, so it's not going to be very efficient if you use widely different temperatures. The product basically leads you by the nose and gives you a little temperature readout for each zone so you can believe your wine is being stored "optimally". Trouble is, the temperature control is not very accurate (on mine about 2 degrees off), and certainly not very flexible. The minimum temperature on the controller is 6, so you can't use this as a chiller - just a cellar - you actually have to separately chill in another fridge if your preference is colder serving temps.

Whats far worse is LG customer service - they really don't want to know. Emails will just get bounced back from donotreply addresses, and phone service is the cheap "call a service technician" type. It's just a firewall with a crude smile painted on it.
