Honestly been a lifesaver. I’ve dropped my phone a few times, even in the sink once, and it’s still perfectly fine. The case feels sturdy but not too bulky. Great for anyone who’s a bit clumsy or always on the go!

which is very inconvenient. * The plastic covering the back camera gets dirty and scratched easily, making the camera unusable. * The plastic covering the front screen has a noticeable air gap between the case and the phone. This creates an annoying clicking noise when in use and often results in accidental taps or errors.

I reached out to the company for support but received a dismissive response, showing little concern about the poor quality of the product. Save your money and look elsewhere. Overall, this case has been more trouble than it’s worth.

Poor value for money – I bought the LifeproofFre 360 for my iphone 12 a while back but thought I'd leave a review for others wishing to buy a decent cover for their expensive phone. clear plastic bulge a bit and eventually split. Meaning it's no longer waterproof and the crack is part way across the lens. The softer rubber surrounding the clear plastic part of the cover is separating from the harder plastic parts.

I'm retired and it does not get harsh usage.

It's a hardy cover and suspect it could save your phone from a hard impact, but it really is quite expensive for a few pieces of moulded plastic that does not last as it should.

I had a Lifeproof cover on my old iphone 7 and it was a much better product.

Great after sales by LifeProof – Purchased through a third party retailer, the case was perfect for the 6s Plus at the time however it lasted about a year. service In regards to warranties, I expected the worst and expected to get the 'run around' by both Optus and Lifeproof. I sent photographs of my case (which was well cared for and looked brand new) and my receipt to Lifeproof and in a 2 days they responded with confirmation email and news that they would send a replacement. The replacement took about 10 days to arrive. I'm very happy with the company's customer service and speedy response (particularly as i read many terrible warranty stories online about the company). The 4 stars is only due to the fact that the quality of Lifeproof cases has deteriorated from what it was many years ago (I'm talking iPhone 4, years ago! that case lasted for years) but overall I am very satisfied with the company and will continue to purchase from them due to this recent positive experience.

Unscathed! – I recently fell through a roof- 2.6m directly onto concrete and my phone not only did not have a scratch, but I was able to call for help immediately (I was not unscathed!). Best case for doing what it says it does! Show details

protector became so degraded I could barely see the screen while out and about and trying to use a navigation app (not while driving), and I’m fairly certain none of them were waterproof for very long. They all got moisture inside the screen cover when exposed to a damp environment, which meant you had an issue if you left it on the bathroom sink in the morning. This resulted in the screen becoming unusable until you take the case off and clean it.

Very disappointing. I was thinking they’d made some progress when they got rid of those annoying audio port adaptors on the older models.

Absolute rubbish – Paid top dollar for this case as we needed something waterproof. The case leaked from first use and the company we bought it from has not replied to our request for a replacement or refund. Show details

Absolute rubbish – 3 weeks of normal use (no water or harsh work environment) and the blue coating over the camera lens just came off making photos and videos blurry and yes, I have tried cleaning it and no I didn’t use anything else than a dry glasses microfibre cloth to clean it. it's guaranteed waterproof & dustproof. After reading other's reviews on here, I'm wishing I'd never bought one as now mine has started to fall apart (ringer on/off button has perished & fallen off) & the holes where the speakers are clog up very easily with lint, making it very hard to hear the person on the other end. Regular cleaning of the charging porthole is a must. Touch sensitivity is useless, I almost have to type like an old school cop to make the letters stick and constantly have to correct words because of this. started to appear where it joins. Like a stress line. Now only 7 days later the latch has all but broken off over that stress line at the joining point. For a $60 case I don’t think that’s good enough. The latch obviously needs to be open to charge phone or put a headphone jack in. It also needs to be open to make speaker quality clear, otherwise audio will echo within the case. I have no problems with that. It also has to be closed whenever not performing any of the above tasks, so for something that has to be opened and closed so often, I do have a problem with it already breaking off after only 7 days of use. I am a big fan of Otter Box but unfortunately I cannot recommend this product.

Don’t buy this – If you want an iPhone for the camera or Face ID DO NOT BUY THIS. We bought three. What a waste of money. The plastic over the screen is faulty. Customer service are stalling my emails – This is my 8th defective fre iPhone case I have provided them sufficient evidence of my current case defects yet they will not do nothing but ignore my emails and just get another one of there representatives to email me saying “ a core member will reach out to you soon “ 30 days have passed now what should I do take legal action or ACCC ?? talk to the retail company I purchased it from, nothing about how to fix this issue in the future. My previous LifeProof cases also had issues including the portals where you speak and listen get blocked and you need to remove them from the case (even if you try cleaning them regularly they block up)

Terrible costumer service to claim warranty – I bought a free case and after 6 months the case wear out was excessive. I’ve filled up 2 warranty claims in their website without any response after a month of patient wait I decided to contact the costumer service and I’m still waiting for a response after a week. I will never buy that again – I got it along my iPhone 12 mini earlier this year. First the Face ID stopped working. and I am using my catalyst full protection case now. They feel much much better than life proof straight up out of the box. Everything works so far and the silent switch (the twist toggle) works million times better than lifeproof. In fact it clicks way better than I mean way better than the lifeproof.

Fell apart in several months – Plastic lens cover for camera became scratched and dirty and could not be cleaned. Small tab through to charging port was always destined to not last long.
