Loud and then fell apart – I had this elliptical for just over two years and it started making noise after the first few months. I had to turn the TV up to its highest to watch whilst exercising. Eventually the thing stopped working and I checked their warranty which implies its only valid for one year and if bought off their website. Most of their products are sold via their ebay website so that's not covered.

I took the cover off and the wheel has cracked in several places and fallen apart.

Also, the calorie and heart rate counter is way off.

Terrible, don't buy lifespan as I have their spin bike too and it's tension adjustment is not effective either. Cheap Loud and poor quality
