I ordered some cushion covers from these guys about 5 weeks ago. They emailed me to say there was an issue with the product and they would have new stock in 3 weeks. I have tried to contact them several times to no avail. And the contact form on their website submits to an error page.
I purchased cushion covers in a velvet finish. The print is nothing like I ordered, the actual design is of very poor standard, the colours look as if they have merged. And the colours of the fabric are not at all crisp like the photos. I will NOT be ordering from this business again. Show details

it’s a dull grey. Instead of a vibrant fresh modern design it’s a fussy uninspired print.
The fabric is a very lightweight cotton that I doubt will wear well. And you have to supply your own cushion inserts.
I’m not going to try to get a refund, based on others’ experiences. It looks like a classy store. But it’s actually nothing of the kind. Plus they badger you with marketing emails. Very disappointing all round.

tracking number. When you click the link, it goes through to the Aus Post website saying the label was created and that's it. It has been 10 days since we received this email and nothing has changed. I have reached out asking where our order is and have not received an email reply back. I am going through our bank now to report them as a fraudulent company and requesting our money be returned. How any humans can operate like this and steal people's hard earned money, I will never understand!

Excellent service when my original quilt was the wrong colour. Free return and discount on the new order. New quilt is a good colour and size but is really only two layers of cotton material. Should be okay for summer but no padding or warmth. Just a cotton throw really. Show details
Follow-up · The cotton throw was no thicker than 2 sheets - no padding at all. I returned it and received a refund. It took a while to have the refund confirmed but the staff member was pleasant and responded promptly to my queries.

if they were not included in the initially advertised price. I liked the look, so went ahead anyway... Wish I had seen reviews here first, however my next emails will be to the ATO and ACCC.
A label was created the day after purchase, however after no movement for a week, the seller emailed saying the only stock they had was damaged and would be 2 to 3 weeks away, or I should select a replacement option for express shipping. I immediately responded and raised concerns but selected a replacement option. The seller stopped responding for another week, despite my requests for a refund. Based on reviews I now believe they are selling from overseas and not genuine at all.
PayPal gave me an instant refund, so obviously a known entity. Please don't support these bottom feeders.

I ordered one set of vivid paradise cotton curtains and received a complete different design under the same name. What they show is deceitful. Plus you can't easily contact them for a refund! Very suspect operation. Lots of reports online of shoddy products or non-delivery. My experience was that despite tracking details showing item was delivered, I have received nothing. Difficult to work out if sender was using bogus tracking number or if Aust Post was at fault. Trying to get Aust Post to investigate tracking details but that is a slow and painful process as well.
