Never keep items in stock – Surprised to see the government still allowing them to operate. Just thought I’d check them out again. Bad experience years ago & only just got my money back

was one of the lucky ones that after contacting fair trading, I eventually received a refund 4 months later. I do not like giving negative reviews but on the slim chance that they are allowed to resume taking orders...I feel that I should warn others.

Wish I came here first – I made an order through Catch, but miraculously it did arrive. I thought it would be a good thing for the business to make a direct order with them…big mistake. Like everyone else I received the faux tracking &…nothing. Not even a reference to half of my order. Do not use!!!

Delivery issue handled well, great customer service – My box of beers delivered after 3 weeks. I contacted their customer service. they located my parcel and which was misplaced by aramex. after their followup finally I got my beers. they advised to add free stuff in my next order and got some credit for this order. Show details

LiquorKart CEO Gandhi Criminal – CEO Gandhi is a scam artist that takes people’s money & account details liquorKart is a scam company that also lie to Fairtrading there is nobody at the warehouse & the neighbours say they come & go so fast that you never catch them but there is alcohol in there don’t give them a cent & if you’re owed money you have to go & get it yourself because the so-called law will not help you these people should be behind bars.

Selling stock they don't have – I ordered whiskey glasses in November 23. Lots of promises and [Content Removed]. Never arrived and they said they had problems with their supplier but still selling stock on their website. Scammers.

Run from this Company! – I have gone to Fair Trade re my unpaid refund! I am now sitting in a NCAT Tribunal court! I placed an order 6 mths ago and still waiting! Feeling confident an order will be given for them to pay up! However not confident they will do so! Then my only hope is criminal court where I pay costs!

In response to my emails they would feign an understanding tone by using language such as "Please allow us some time, we will check with the payment gateway and get back to you. Liquorkart – I placed and paid for an order over a month ago. After many attempts to contact them, I went to my credit card company and got them involved. Liquor kart in nothing else but a small group of Indian nationals, the accounts officer is based in UAE, some of the others could be in Australia. I know i will never get my money back, because thieves very rarely have a remorse. BE CAREFUL THEY COULD BE A SCAM

Lost hundreds of dollars due Liquorkart – Liquorkart have charged me twice for one purchase and have stopped responding. They are definitely a scam, I am currently hundreds down without the goods purchased and without a response from their team in weeks.

FRAUD!!! – Experience has been like everyone else Ordered back in Sep 23 and not delivered for $314 (order #41074) My bank refused to refund the money saying I authorised the transaction. Major hassle - possible fraudulent website – Ordered item on December 16 and order status stuck at "order processing" for 2 weeks. Advised item was "out of stock" (even though the product listing advised otherwise). Offered refund. One month later, still waiting. After numerous communication attempts and promises that never come true am planning to open a bank dispute if refund not received within 3 days. Will update with outcome...

goods, and very slow communication, if at all. No one received the items I ordered for Christmas from this company....Customers worst horror story come true. I had to go out and purchase other presents with my own money again, as they were not corresponding well before Christmas and giving many excuses. Asked for refund on 5th January 2024 after waiting patiently ( On holiday too) and trying to resolve this with the seller with many an email. Told refund was coming in 4-5 days depending on my bank, but has to go through their refund department. My bank always transfers money within 2 hours, so no excuse there. Have asked to see a copy of the bank transfer, but they have not responded or given any details of the transfer. Still waiting on the 22 January for my money to be returned, exactly 2 months after I ordered from this scammer company. Then told me they are having operational issues. I told them that is not my problem. I will never purchase from LIQUORKART again and I am recommending no one else to purchase from them either. Even if they have a too good to be true deal, or cheaper purchase price than anyone else. This is definitely a ploy to suck you in and scam you. I am going about writing reviews about this company now, so hopefully no one else gets sucked in by them. I even tried contacting and threatening with the relevant authorities, and negative reviews, but this did not seem to bother the enough to return my money. I am also going forth with complaints to the ACCC/Consumer affairs to try and resolve this. I hope this puts anyone else off from purchasing, as you would be making a grave mistake to purchase anything from this scammer company.
