I purchased Lgp Live resin Cart Night 800 and when it was delivered it was extremely sticky the cartridge. When contacted the company to discuss the issue the man got agitated at me for questioning how it’s ok to have a glass product in a flimsy plastic sleeve when delivered as other vapes I’ve had have come in a box for protection. I have add a photo so I could prove what my issue is.
I was refused help and I use these products for my multiple sclerosis and being on the pension I was just stuck being out of pocket.
Extremely disappointed customer will not be using the other products I get from this company anymore.
I explained to the chemist I required this Oil in the large bottle as it would last 6 months only to find when it arrived it was OUT OF DATE in 5 weeks time check your expiry BEFORE you pay for this drug!
Follow-up · Yes they refused to swap the product improvements would be to have a drug that did not expire in four weeks time when I informed the chemist I used it over a four to six month period the fact the drug was expired meant I had to dispose of it after I paid $280 for it so do not buy from this company
