LiveLife Alarms 4GX Life Watch

I have just received my 2cnd live life alarm watch . As the battery life had come to its end on the other one & would not recharge . The 1st one was excellent. Had for 4 years no problems . This one does not feel as good . They should have kept old model it was better . Maybe I am just used to other one .I hope that is all it is. & will get used to this new one. I am told it is the same ,but no it isn’t . Will update stars if happier with it.

Purchased one of these for peace of mind for my aging father in law. It’s been a great source of comfort to know if he has a fall or needs to contact family he can do easily. Great product and even better customer service. Thank you so much for helping families and older people!

LIVELIFE SOS WATCH – Just received from My Aged Car watch for my disabled wife I have managed to install three important phone numbers and commenced testing. Results were very intermittent, occasionally the first contact would respond, but more often there would be no response. A gentleman from LiveLife has pointed out the problem, which is simply poor reception in our location. With the advent of 3G closure, we may get no reception whatsoever as 4G simply doesn't work here. Sad, but very little we can do about it until Telstra updates their system or plants another tower closer to us, but certainly not the fault of the watch
