Poor service – Really poor communication, waited for over 4 days for a response. I followed up with them multiple times, sent documents back and forth every few days, then a broker eventually called back, who was really blunt & a bit rude. I recommend going else where.

Communication appalling – Initial contact was great but then I got bombarded with calls and texts requesting more details. I complied and was informed the broker would call me back quickly. 2 weeks and absolutely no communication! Very poor form, definitely do not recommend

Poor communication – Poor communication and bad experiences. They just stop communicating. If they just told you they were still working on it or unable to help it would be fine. But leaving people in the dark is poor form.

The service,information and communication was second to none. Its such a refreshing change to deal with such a professional company. Brad and team were outstanding making the process seamless from start to finish.

At that time, we unfortunatley could not get approved; however, Brad gave me great feedback on my financials & what to work on within the next 12 weeks, which I did. We got back in contact after the 12-week period, and within 4 days, I was approved for the car I wanted.
