The site was useful in that the service was free so in regards to that pretty easy , and efficient in the way of a prompt response, didn’t show me anything new so I’m not sure it’s of any use because the ato website does exactly same thing

Thank you for following up this lost super. I already have this information now need the next step to have this lost super transferred to my private bank account. Thank you for the results which are recent ones but I’m looking for my Super which I paid when I worked for a Company for 10 years from 1973 to 1984. I haven’t been able to find it.

How odd – I sent their online form off and got a reply saying they would be in contact with me. The next morning, I received a message asking me to provide a review of their service. Since they hadn't actually done anything, I couldn't give more than the bare minimum. It does seem like a strange way to go about this...

NOT CLOSE TO FINDING MY SUPER – I was hoping to find my SUPERANNUATION for the place I worked at in the 1980 but nothing came up. I was also hoping to find my PRESENT LOST SUPRANNUATION which did'nt show up,the only thing that showed up was the one I already knew about, which in already on the ATO/MYGOV site.

Not helpfull in this case – The service did not find any lost super. Only found super in my ATO account that is not lost. The service could not distinguish between a lost or current super.

I finally got answers to my super but didn’t get answered on how to obtain it – Very easy to use specially when cannot get answers from or connected to ATO or you get is recorded machine than get told to answer questions which then finishes and hangs up or ends call. I
