Fabulous! – Absolutely amazing customer service, staff were very helpful & lovely. Super happy with my mattress purchases, awesome value & quality, and delivery was super fast. I couldn't be more happy with my shopping experience, highly recommend Lounge in Comfort.

Poor Customer Service - Exceptional Lounge – I bought the Boston two seater recliner and two single recliners from their website and I paid in full thinking it would come from Sydney. I didn't realise, as it doesn't mention it anywhere on their site, that they build the couch overseas and ship it across. It takes about ten weeks to arrive. Don't expect the company to update you at all during this time. Don't expect them to work with you on delivery dates either. However, do expect the best built, highest quality lounge you can buy for the price. I can not fault the couch. It is expertly made and I am surprised at what I got. Makes Fantastic Furniture look like a joke. You won't enjoy their customer service but, at the end of the day, that's not what you are sitting on every night.
