Large piece of rag wrapped around roller under mat/belt, bubble in mat, mat was noisy and machine vibrated! – 1st time i used the machine the belt/mat was very loud, it sounded like sand paper rubbing on it. I assumed they forgot to oil it in the factory and i added oil. It remained noisy. After using it a handful of times a bubble devolved in the mat. I would have taken it back to shop but it weighs 70kg, I placed it upstairs and was a nightmare getting… Read more

it up there, i wasn't about to take it downstairs to return it. I contacted LSG and sent them a video of the problem, I was told i need to adjust the rollers for the mat. After about 2 hours of adjusting it, it got to the point where bubble was barely visible. i thought that is as good as it will get and started using it.

After 6 months of using it at 4.5km/h, my fitness improved to the point where i am able to jog and i tried on the machine for the 1st time today. At 6km/h the machine got really noisy and vibrates like crazy, at 9km/h i thought it would explode.

I pulled the cover of the machine and noticed a HUGE bubble on the front roller. i pulled the machine apart and pulled the roller out and there was a large piece of rag wrapped around the front roller, about 30cm X 10cm.

I removed the rag and put the machine back together. The bubble is gone, the sandpaper noise i had since day 1 is gone and i can run the machine at higher speeds with no problem now.

Extremely poor workmanship, having a rag wrapped around the roller underneath the belt/mat and non existent quality control or they would have noticed the loud sandpaper like noise when the machine runs.

Spend a little more money and buy a better brand. I had a bike from the same company LSG/Lifespan fitness and had problems with that too. Avoid
