Lucci 250mm Designer Hi Flow Exhaust Fan

A stylish looking fan that is let down by its ineffectiveness to suck in hot air – I have built a brand new home and had 5 of these installed. roof cavity and the air is sucking in there, but not actually from the bathrooms, WC or laundry. I was told by the building inspector that I need to open a window for it to work more effectively and that there is nothing they can do as they have installed it correctly and that it must just be the fan.

What a waste of money upgrading to this 'high flow' exhaust fan.
