Hi Iqra, To replace the filter- 1) Gently remove the suction head using the gap at the lower end of the tip. 2) Remove and clean the white seal. 3) Using small tweezers, gently remove the old filter from the handset and replace it with a new filter. 4) Place the white seal into position and push towards the handset until it is fitted neatly. (Make sure it is dry) 5) Install the desired tip.

Hey, the suctioning is ‘underneath’ the diamond headpiece so as to provide both an exfoliation and pressure at the same time so they both work together unless you choose to use just the suction tip for blackhead removal otherwise there’s nothing else to do other than choose the setting that is most comfortable for you :)

Microdermabrasion can certainly assist with light scarring, light acne scarring, light stretch marks, and light pigmentation!

The manual suggests around 8 uses, however, I personally think it will last longer. It depends on how you use the handset as well as how you clean and care for it. For me, it was all worth the money!

The Diamond Microdermabrasion Tip can last anywhere between 8-12 treatments! Sometimes more depending on the usage. The Small and Oval tips do not wear and can last even longer :)

So how much does a new diamond tip cost to replace each time?

yes Iv been lazering a few years now i use tria lazer at home (best lazer I have ever used after suffering with hair on my face area and other areas ) and it has not affected me during mircodermabrasion I usually lazer a few days after or before I use my lumae.

Hi Maria, It depends on your skin type, we generally recommend that you do not combine intensive skin products on the same day as it could be too much for your skin and it is best to separate them. You can always reach out to your Physician, they can provide you with professional advice :)

Lumae, I think you are saying you can do one pass with each tip, is that correct? So, you could use the diamond tip, one pass on face areas, and then do one of the suction tips one pass over face areas, is that correct?

The handset can be used on all parts of your face, neck and body but avoid sensitive areas such as around the eyes and any visible capillaries. Yes, it can even help with “Bacne”! Our handset can certainly help remove blackheads and whiteheads but may take a few treatments before you can see the difference. Blackheads generally occur due to oil build up so it is very important that you have a good skin routine intact :)

on my face, I use 1 but on areas where there are a lot of blackheads use a 2. At least that's what worked for me :)

I can see that you have spoken to my colleague Sarah and she has assured you that soft red marks will fade away and can be a normal reaction to Microdermabrasion, any darker marks are a sign that you may have been too harsh. You may have selected a tip or suction level which is not suitable for your skin type, hovered for too long, moved too slow or have made multiple passes on the same area.
