Hi, I am new to a NDIS organisation that uses Lumary and from here I can see Lumary brings out strong feelings from clients. Is there any sort of Lumary user group ? Would be very easy to set up using facebook or similar ? thanks Guy Griffin
We kept trying to get technical support from Lumary and they were barely responsive.
the best sort of pressure is to simply not use the system and don't refer people to it. you're welcome to set up a group but i would say ex users appetite to waste any more time on Lumary would not see much uptake imho. best of luck though
