Lumus Imaging Questions & Answers
Hopeless phone answering service, waited 15 minutes, receptionist answered then cut me off, now up to 15 minutes, the second time, no answer. Why is the service so poor.
I had an appointment for an X-ray and ultrasound at lumus st.George Private hospital. Receptionist very unhelpful and Practise Manager was very bullying towards me without asking my version of events. A Practise Manager should be fair to both clients and staff. How could she be fair to me if she did not ask me about the matter. Very disappointed as the clinical staff are EXCELLENT! Please explain why this happened. Thank you.
What a shame I have only dealt with Lumus at Maroubra Junction and they have been nothing but helpful in ALL areas. I hope you find better service elsewhere.
