Work until two weeks before warranty ended - company will not respond – We were very happy with this machine initially however two weeks before the warranty period it now will not work. We contacted the company immediately and they have failed to respond after two emails, a website contact us and there is no phone number on their website. Sadly I would not recommend this company or product now as they don't stand by their product. Select another brand and do your research on these longer warranties to ensure they will be around and honor them.
