Very disappointing experience with Luxe.It.Fwd. I placed an order online and cancelled it within a few hours, well before the item had been dispatched or shipped. have policies, however I found it unreasonable that a full refund was refused when cancellation occurred almost immediately and before dispatch. The response from customer service was dismissive and relied entirely on their policy rather than attempting to fairly resolve the situation.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in purchasing from them again.

Everyone’s time could have been saved by answering my Instagram enquiry properly, or by reviewing the details of my appointment submission. I’m beginning to think you’re just acquiring pictures of genuine items to use on fake/fraudulent listings online. There’s no other reasonable explanation. I imagine you’d take a disgusting and dishonest sale fee anyway, so perhaps it’s for the best.

that businesses need to make a profit. However, I was genuinely floored by the glowing reviews suggesting that Luxé It Forward represents excellent value for sellers. In my experience, this was not the case.

My disappointment and call it for what it is - shock - is twofold. First, Luxé It Forward is a locally based business in Fortitude Valley, and I actively wanted to support a local Australian company. Second—and more importantly—sellers must do their homework.

I received an offer from Luxé It Forward that was less than half of what I subsequently received from three other leading, reputable luxury resellers, all of whom were prepared to purchase my never-used, high-quality luxury item immediately.

These offers are documented and can be substantiated. One offer alone was two and a half times higher than what was presented by Diane at Luxé It Forward.

This discrepancy raises legitimate questions. Something does not add up. Whether this reflects inexperience, or a business model that is antiquated, stubborn, and inflexible in today’s market, the outcome for the seller is the same.

The pricing approach feels breathtakingly arrogant in the sense that it assumes sellers will accept significantly below-market offers without question.

That may work for some, but for informed sellers seeking a fair, transparent, win-win outcome, it should be treated as a red flag.

I find myself wondering whether this is driven by high overheads being passed onto sellers, low turnover, or limited volume due to being Australia-based.

Whatever the reason, the model appears unhealthy for sellers when compared to the broader market.

Yes, the communication was polite. But politeness alone does not equate to a sustainable or fair business practice.

I share this not to damage, but to inform. Many other reviews echo similar concerns. In the end, our choices are our own — but it would be remiss not to speak up.

They used to be really good around 2021/22 but new staff have been quite rude. Once a bag did not pass entrupy that they sold to me. Upon informing them about it, they took it back and refunded me but my trust has since been violated and I’m not sure how they authenticate their products

I’ve purchased from Luxe It Fwd several times, and my husband recently bought an item for me through them. There was a minor issue with the purchase, but their customer service was outstanding and genuinely refreshing in today’s environment.
