Follow-up · The lambskin feels soft and supple. The packaging was excellent, certainly sufficient to protect the bag during transit. The flap closure works well, and is easy to use, no major wrinkling at all. I have absolutely no complaints about the bag.

Follow-up · The bag was packaged beautifully packaged and travelled well. It took about 5 days to arrive but that would be due to Australia Post rather than Luxe.it.Fwd. Pricing for the preloved was comparable to other preloved sites. This was a purchase .

Complete waste of time. The website makes it sound really easy, but even if what you want to sell fits in with their top listed brands, they may reject it. They don't make that at all clear in the sales pitch. I would not recommend.
I would suggest you do not sell with these peopl I asked to consign a Tiffany ring that retails at $5200 they offered an immediate settlement of $670 which is virtually scrap value, no offer of consignment just a st^pid lowball offer. Despite the order never being fulfilled or delivered, the company refused to provide a refund to my original payment method and would only offer store credit. I understand businesses… Read more
have policies, however I found it unreasonable that a full refund was refused when cancellation occurred almost immediately and before dispatch. The response from customer service was dismissive and relied entirely on their policy rather than attempting to fairly resolve the situation.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in purchasing from them again.
