Magic Care Massage

Worst “massage” I’ve ever had – I’m not sure what this was but it definitely wasn’t massage. Never going back there. There was about 20 minutes of vigorous random back rubbing, then some random pushing/trampling then she watch me put my clothes back on while she was changing the paper on the massage table. So random and weird.

Do not go here!! – Terrible communication skills, most of the towels looked dirty and unclean. Very weird and unprofessional massage. Left part way through it was so bad. I do not know how they are still in business. Dee Why grand should really shut them down!

Terrible – No Communication skills at all paid for and 1 hour for foot and shoulders I kept telling her to apply more pressure, she got softer and I could barely feel her touching me I walked out after 10mins, i asked for a refund and they couldn't even do that due to not speaking any English at all, highly recommend avoiding this place a waste of time and money I walked out so stressed and angry.

No customer service – Went for a back massage a few weeks ago and the guy was quite good as he did back and shoulders for 45 minutes so i returned a few weeks later for the same treatment and he only did my back. This is perfect, can't live without it – I have experienced a wonderful massage and facial at the magic care massage newcastle. The gentleman was did a so great job on my back massage. And the Facial was great, an experienced girl professionally did the facial for me and I felt rejuvenated. It was so lovely. I will come back again.

Don't bother – recently had a birthday present bought by my mum for the 'facial, massage and ion foot detox' from magic care massage at the junction- it wasTERRIBLE. what smelt like lux soap and what I assume was a face mask and then a wet washer on my face for 20 mins. The person came in and out and even swapped over with someone else during the 'treatment'. Then I sat on a stool squashed against a wall with 3 other strangers with the footbath. It's 2 hrs of my life I won't get back. Some birthday present.
