DO NOT SIGN UP HORRENDOUS SUPPORT – I am trying to cancel my account which i haven't even activated and yet they are charging me $21 already. I have gone through their channels including their abysmal technical support where you are the one to prompt them that you have an appointment (who does that?) with them and a contact number just dedicated on sales and not even connected to technical support. Thanks for letting me know from the start how poor you treat your paying subscribers.

DO NOT USE MAILCHIMP – DO NOT USE MAILCHIMP Unfortunately, our previous marketing employee mistakenly entered the wrong email domain (.com instead of .com.au) when updating our account information. After this person left the company without providing a handover, we attempted to reset the password. However, due to the incorrect email, the reset link is sent to a non-existent address. Despite our efforts, MailChimp has refused to acknowledge the issue or assist us in recovering our account. Yet, they continue to charge us hundreds of $$ monthly for a service we cannot access. We are also baffled as to how this mistake was possible, as it suggests that the new email was never verified before being changed.

Mailchimp don't like Refunds – Cancelled subscription in November only to be charged again in December. Very difficult to contact Mailchimp billing. Scrolled through several screens to finally locate email link. Send email last week with no response.
