Malvern Road Family Medical Centre

I am not one to frequent the Dr”s as i rarely get ill But I do need to have blood tests as we all do and coming of age to keep things in order.. I have seen this particular Dr many of times , even booked the first session and will have to wait any thing from 45mins to an hour half. To which they just brush it off ( as I am canceling my clients because she”s overbooked) to which I have her telling me that I didn’t need to come in because my results were good. That she rang me to let me know, to which I replied, no you didn’t ring, she insisted she did I said NO.. I wouldn’t be here canceling my clients to sit here and you tell me I am ok She kept insisting and then looked at my blood results and said OOOOH, your ….. etc No apologies Then another session I really had a gut full of waiting and said no.. this isn’t good enough She wasn’t happy about that and even said maybe we are not a good fit ALSO because I don’t see her enough..! There is more but..
