Stay away from this dodgy company – Great online store, products look amazing unfortunately that is as good as it gets. Ordered a Harrington jacket from them and was very careful to get the sizing correct as per their sizing chart, unfortunately they are not as careful with their sizing when they make it because the jacket I received is about 4 inches bigger in every measurement… Read more

than suggested XL jacket in their chart. They say made in Britain on their online store, is there a Britain somewhere in China? Because this is clearly a poor quality drop shipper from somewhere in China. To top things off, their claimed easy returns policy requires you to send the item to somewhere in Italy at your cost to receive any refund at all. They make it impossible to get a refund and hope you will disappear as easily as your money just has. Of course as you can imagine their customers service department is a delight to deal with if generic emails are your thing and you like being told that you are confused about what you ordered when it is quite obviously their shoddy company that is confused. I strongly suggest that you keep away from this company unless wasting money, time and being frustrated is your thing. Thanks for nothing Marcus Store

Poor quality item and impossible returns process – Paid $110 au for this jacket. It arrived several inches bigger than the size chart states in chest, waist and shoulder measurements. One side of shoulder was shorter than the other side which made it look ridiculous if you wore it. not reply promptly and do not address any concerns. Its a copy paste reply which makes no sense as a reply to your email. They want you to pay return shipping for a faulty oversized product which will cost you $45. Do not buy from this store. You will receive a jacket but it won't be the quality they say it is. It won't be a product made in the UK.

Overpriced Harrington Jacket from China – Bought this Jacket from the glossy advert on the net. I was surprised how thin it felt no different to a fannelett shirt ..
