Stay clear of this company – If u are thinking of going with this company, stay clear! I had curtains and blinds from them, close to 5k worth. You would think they would bother calling me back to fix a roman that has been broken from installation. Installation was in oct 12, i realised it was broken christmas time. since it was shut down period and all. It is now september and after a few emails from them and lots of voicemail, emails and phone calls from me, the blind is still not fixed.
2 of my blinds have also been installed amd measured in such a way that i cant open my windows. Terrible all round apart from billing me for money which was quick, everything else has been worse than terrible.

Very Pleased with Curtains and Service – We purchased curtains and pelmets for a large bay window in our main bedroom and also for our office. The curtains look excellent. They are well made. The pricing was competitive. The delivery time was as promised. The installer was terrific and the whole installation was carried out in a very professional, efficient and extremely pleasant fashion. Disgraceful service and extremely poor quality – I cannot even put into words how irritated and frustrated I am with Marrs. Roller blinds were incorrectly fitted, one fell out of the bracket on my head, paid for blackout and they had massive gaps between blind and wall as she had measured incorrectly. now broken and I have left numerous messages to have it fixed. Never received a copy of the warranty or itemised breakdown for our purchase despite many requests. They never turn up when they say they will and turn up at a totally different time.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible – I have ordered a pair of curtains in Dec and still waiting, No call backs no email response nothing overall just the worse place to do business with. Never would recommend to anyone. The phone service is so bad and the lady is so rude, I cannot believe how they are surviving in a business world like this. UPDATE:
Finally i received my pair of curtains after making so many phone calls and in spite of ringing and telling them to check everything was right i receive the package with only one curtain rod when i ordered two curtains. I cannot believe it. The company truly does not care about anything there is no pride in the job they do nor do they care about customer. This is terrible service

after that, I have never experienced such poor customer service. We were told that they would take 3-4 weeks – it ended up 12 weeks to final completion. While I accept that delays can happen which may be out of their control, the lack of communication was nothing short of appalling. Nearly every time I called for an update, I got the answering machine and rarely received a call back. When I did, it was often after I’d called again and after I’d left work. They seemed to either never get the message (?) or never seem to have my work or home number (?). Puzzling to say the least! I also left messages on the rep's mobile number and never received a call back either. When they did promise to call back on a particular day, that never happened either!
When I finally did speak to them, I found the office manager's manner rather rude as she spoke over the top of me instead of listening and never once did she offer an apology for the delay or lack of service. To top it all off, the installer used wall plugs that were too small and the track started to pull out of the wall a few hours after he had left. This was late afternoon on a Thursday. We called their office first thing on the Friday and left another message and, yet again, no call back. We waited until the following Tuesday for their call but, alas, we had to call again and were told they never received the message which I find extremely dubious. If they don’t have enough office staff to provide a personal service, they really need to check their answering machine! It’s funny though, they managed to find my phone number when chasing up the invoice.
Terrible customer service - no communication
Couldn't get a quote – 2 consultant's later still haven't even got an appointment for a measure & quote. Used Design Curtains who acknowledged my e-mail, called me that day to set up an appointment, came out to measure and quote - all while Marrs were still thinking of calling me! We are moving to a new house next year. Guess who I won't bother to call? That I found great curtains somewhere else! Inefficient
Poor communication, poor quality product and poor after sales service – We purchased a house set of blinds and curtains. fray. Eventually, after many calls to the office (with none of the promised call backs), we had someone come out and look. Their solution? Use a knife to cut some of the blind back. They didn't even remove the piece at the bottom so the blind has this daft curve at the bottom. All the blinds sag terribly. Their office manager was not the least bit interested in our issues and was positively rude. The worst company I've ever had to deal with. Liked the selection of fabrics and sales person was really good. Everything after we'd committed to buying
Quality and great service! – Super happy with our new blinds! Couldn't ask for a better service. The service was friendly and incredibly helpful. The price was fabulous. They offered suggestions on what type of window coverings to use in our house and they are exactly what they said they'd be. The installer was fabulous too! Thanks Marrs. Marrs are friendly and reliable and offered very competitive prices.

delays.They were rude, and lacked professionalism.When it came to the installation date and day,they cancelled 5mins before the time to install.I was told the installer called in sick.After several firm conversations with the directors,they eventually provided a discount and we agreed on an installation date but still no apology was offered.Curtains were as described,but even now some of the tracks falls of the rail when the curtains are pulled across.If I had to do it all over, I would not purchase from Marrs.

Follow up to last review – A few days following my posting of the first review, I received a call from Marrs Curtains saying they were going to send me a cheque of $60 to help repair the hole in my ceiling which they caused. I appreciate that they decided to do the right thing by their customer (me!) as in the end its not about the money but the principle of the matter.
This has restored some faith that I didn't have to be one of those crazed, angry people that has to call and abuse others to get some response or result. For that I am thankful. Provided me with the acknowledgment that there was a problem they needed to fix. Doesn't change overall experience (see first review).
