Used this App a few weeks ago due to being unable to stand for long. My order never came. I had proof of payment. Very inefficient.

Linking with frequent flyer and other partners doesn't work. Complicated to use and not user friendly.

Requires too much info from customers. There should be a guest option, no one appreciates a company farming and selling their info.

the app is fast and very user friendly but after placing and order you'll never receive an update, email or message when your order is ready.... instead 10 mins you are waiting 30 and your food is cold so the places that make the food get really grumpy look

Horrible user experience – This app is the worst on the market. Takes forever, drops out and requires text verification every time. What happens if you’re overseas and only have an e-sim? Poorly built and thought out. If I was a venue manager I’d avoid this app at all costs.

Needs more testing – I actually do not mind ordering at the table. I also do not begrudge a gratuity or a fee. I won't forgive an app that is badly designed. I have used this app before. Yesterday I spent half an hour trying to add a card. On Android. No clear reason why nothing was happening? it just did not work. It had great look and feel. Great UX, dropdown for breakfast/lunch. Just could not add the card. So functionally crippled. Show details

Fees and Tips – I really resent a 10% tip being automatically added and I have to opt out. Why would I give a tip when I haven't received my food and drink yet. Please stop it.

Easy, clear and quick – Clear and easy to use at restaurants. I do not like how they have tipping automatically selected as we do not tip in Australia, but you can easily opt out. Payment is simple and you just use a security code sent to your phone as a 'login'. I have no issues with them.

Not good enough – Fees, fees, and more fees. You do all the work (place the order and get the order) and you get charged fees

Terrible... and unhelpful – This payment system forces restaurant customers to pay in advance. But when I had a problem with my order and contacted the company they washed their hands of it and just fobbed me off on the provider. What a terrible situation where who you pay is different from the provider.

Terrible App. Watch out for the Service Fee – Absolutely terrible App. Confusing for the venue, this app will automatically shuffle your order around as an entrée, a main, etc. Meals will come out at seperate times even if you want a light snack whilst enjoying a beverage with friends. Simply don’t charge a processing fee at the table.! That’s not on, particularly when the hotel doesn’t charge the fee at the register.

Do yourself a favour and go to the venues register. It’s a far from perfect App.

Venue & Member Points - I entered my details to collect my points, however the bar staff advised me that they must scan the QR code, it doesn’t work at the table..! The App says otherwise..!

Causes confusion with wait staff – I’m sure some of this will ease with time but in several places I have been recently none of the waiters can find where to bring the food and drinks turn up eventually sometimes. personable with staff and gives them no time for banter to make guests more comfortable etc,etc. Add ons as in other reviews also an issue. Far from an improvement for the service industry.

Avoid Ordering through this App – Would have to be the worst thing that's ever come about, you get charged a service charge from the venue and also a payment processing fee when you pay regardless of method chosen. Order at the counter and pay via Savings or Cheque to get the actual menu price.

Watch out for that extra fee – Used those me&u table order systems. To my surprise even though menu clearly states 1.05 % ended being charged close to 1.60 % fee. This is misleading, try and order & pay at the venue bar and give these crooks a miss. Just another way to fleece customers.
