Works as required with Good Support – Works fine good support. Probe and the app worked as described the first time. Second time I tried to use it it wouldn’t charge or connect. Contacted support, with a photo. Within an hour I had a reply. I had the probe wrong way round in the holder. After doing it correctly the probe charged, connected to the app then worked correctly. no instructions but the whole time they were downright rude, its totally impossible for anything to wrong with the probe attitude, anyway since purchase i have only used one of the probes and it no longer works, i updated the app and even deleted and re-installed the app but it wont work, the other probe that hasnt been used will connect to the app, biggest waist off money, i mean bought on 5th/23, come on it hasnt been used that much.

Absolute Rubbish, Don't Buy It – I purchased the Meatmaster Temperature Probe 2023 model but it arrived and it was the 2022. It won't connect most of the time and support is an absolute joke. No reply from 4 emails. This is a poor quality, cheap knock off of the Meater probe. Absolute scam and not worth the money. Buy the original and you won't be disappointed. Show details

Don't buy it! – I purchased 2 of these products - 1 as a Christmas gift. We have had a problem with both. The company only offers a 30 day warranty (stupid me - should have red flagged!) & if you don't buy their 12 month extended warranty - bad luck! Very disappointed. Show details

Meatmaster – I used this twice with reasonable results, except the range was very limited and had some difficulty getting it to connect to my phone. Since then, Icannot get it to connect at all. I had emailed the company including the serial number that came with the wrapping but have not had a response. Very disappointing.

wouldn't class it as express (most express deliveries arrive within 1-2 days) there's took 5 days.

Product looked ok and cover was sturdy.

The MeatMaster instructions are ok but the instructions are like an A4 photocopy and where the paper is creased the words are worn.

The probe does charge very quickly (states 10 min for full charge) but charges within 3-5minutes.

But...the charge only lasts for about 4 hours - unlike say the Meater which can last around 24 hours.

First cook found the MeatMaster to disconnect to the app within 10 metres (states upto 30mts), so 10mts was very poor. No matter how many times I tried with turn off/on and even on another brand phone it kept disconnecting.

Second cook was better with no disconnection, however, once meat reached temp and the app was turned off, I could not get the app to re-connect to the probe - even being 1 mt from it.

Also, my phone is a Motorola - The app will keep the screen on, not matter how many times I turned the screen off, the app would make it turn on again - so phone battery is diminished very quickly.

Support...... absolutely useless !!

Most emails do not get a response, until, you send a 2nd follow-up email asking for an answer.

As I write this, I sent an email to support 6 days ago (no response) - sent a 2nd follow-up email (no response), and a 3rd follow-up email (still no response).

So do not expect any help from their support.

Would I buy this MeatMaster Wireless Thermometer again ..... definitely NO

Reasons why .... it seems to be a cheap knock off that does not perform as it should - too many up and down issues. And of course there is NO support.

I am also very close to requesting a refund due to product not doing as they suggest it does.
