We purchased this item directly from Medactiv for upcoming overseas travel. It's a completely useless product and expensive ($84.95) to boot. The bag's internal temperature would only fall below the indoor ambient temperature (25°C) by less than 1°C. Save your money and look at other options. Avoid!
