I purchased the nebuliser and it worked a couple of times. But the plastic bowl with medication started having holes...perhaps it was bad quality plastic. It got replaced by the company but after that, the hose started to get blocked, so the system wouldn't work. I rang and was told to just order more hoses but the same thing will happen over and over again. I thought there would be a way of cleaning your system rather than repurchasing continuously parts unless they break which would be a different thing. I didn't think it was the right solution. In total I've only used it 5 times. And I have given up. Not only because it's not expensive means I gave to be treated that way!!!!! No thankyou
Follow-up · No changes since last review. I wasvtold to simply keep buying new hoses. Instead I'm doing it the old fashion way. Boil water, put a few drops of eucalyptus oil in the boiling water, put a towel over my head with the steaming water & eucalyptus oil and breathe it in!!!! It works wonders

It worked once and now it won't mist anymore. $99 for bugger all! It was missing a part which was eventually supplied...and now it works well.

We were missing a part. If the instruction manual was better we would have known that. They did supply us with two of the missing part and since then it's worked well.
Absolute garbage don't waste your money – Absolute garbage. Worked twice after purchase and that was it. Tried with new accessory kit, so more money spent and nothing. The last thing you want to worry about when you need it.

Disappointed. Too expensive for the quality – This is a pretty flimsy piece of equipment. Firstly, my husband managed o break the nebuliser bowl after first use. We purchased a new set. Now , when we need to use it he nebuliser again we find that the air gets into the bowl but is blocked from misting into the mask. The air pressure goes up and blows the tube off. What to do???

Ruined by poor design – Somehow Medescan has managed to block reviews for this project on Google reviews locking in an undeserved 4.8 The nebuliser functions adequately but is complex ruined by a front storage container that is too small to hold a single mask, let alone a 5 pack of meds. The lid of this redundant storage space is made of such fragile plastic the one hinge fractured on first use. I repaired it with glue. Immediately the second hinge broke so I repaired the other hinge. 3rd use both hinges broke - in a different spot than the repair.

I appreciate the front storage is a little tricky and designed to hold one mask and bowl and tube. We do include all the extra mask and mouthpiece as added value in case you wish to use on another patient.
