I was claim farmed and didn't even realise it. They just slide right in. Solicitor [Name Removed] graduate from James Cook emailed me to see a Doctor called [Name Removed] from medicolegal assessment. Then I busted the whole plot. He just kept asking me lots of personal privacy detail and started threatening me. The next day, I went to see this [Name Removed], she even tried her best to taunt me in the end. After I garnered enough evidence, and contacted LSC, then I learned its called Claim Farming. Scam ring have someone to crash you in traffic and cause injury, past the crash scene saw you had a witness, then call you and impersonating the witness ask them to help. It turns out they merely want your personal data. Even the pen holders, the photo attached, filled with dodgy details. How do you know the company called Rapidlegal solutions. I consulted someone, this doctor used the gaslighter technique. You go in there as a victim mentality, then you are a lamb ready to be slaughtered. In Aus i found out just ignore a firms positive review, but take a closer look at the negative ones. From my years of experience, those negative ones are usually real.

I was being claimed farm and didn't realised it. Solicitor Caitlin from Rapidlegal asked me to go to see [Name Removed]. I didn't find out the plot until I saw this doctor. Kept asking me a lot of personal privacy details without concerning the injury. I asked for help from LSC and realise this is called claim farming. They have someone to attack you on the road, and knew you will definitely want to make a claim, and impersonating the witness ask them to help. Turns out they want to have fun with you. This [Name Removed] even threatening me and ask me Do I know what will happen? This is the whole plot started to blow out. If you got injury claim, better seek help from big law firm. or even do it yourself. This doctor is a joke.

Shell shocked by my experience with these people – I had a traumatic experience with this agency. Initially, the receptionist was confused, blank & silent when I didn’t get a call from the health professional. The health professional was late to call me. All her responses were incredibly harsh, hard, offhand, and contained stereotypes and tropes. Later, the professional's report levelled some traumatizing language at me out of context - descriptors that I had specifically told the health professional that I had found hurtful and unfair when lobbed at me in the workplace - & this was despite my vulnerability during the appointment.

When I provided feedback to the agency, whoever I spoke to was empathetic and told me to ring back after the report was through. I called again 6 weeks later as arranged. So two calls in 6 weeks. I spoke briefly to a kind receptionist, who told I would get a phone call from the manager. Instead, the manager emailed me and my lawyer & became defensive, misrepresenting & invalidating my concerns without ever having spoken to me. She falsely claimed I had called their agency repeatedly multiple times. She then read the confidential report that was supposed to go to my lawyer, which probably breaks every law and premise of patient confidentiality. She inappropriately referenced trust issues from the report, which was ironic given the agency itself had broken trust by promising calls back and not delivering them, misrepresenting that I had called the agency multiple times when I hadn’t, being defensive over things I hadn’t said but based on hearsay as she hadn’t spoken to me after her staff promised someone would. She then stated that concerns about the health professional needed to be emailed, which I did, along with clarifying that the two phone calls six weeks apart were requested and planned by her agency.

I then got a message from my lawyer asking not to progress a complaint. After I quickly called the manager on the phone number she supplied to state that I was withdrawing my complaint, she told me in an offhand manner that she wouldn’t act on any complaint based on my feedback anyway, as the lawyer paid for the report, not me. It did not make sense with her having been so defensive about my feedback if it was irrelevant, but I left that point out. I then started to explain that the two phone calls had been at the behest of her agency. She was clearly caught out criticising me for following her own agency’s process, so she interrupted me, told me not to contact them again and hung up on me. This was a 56 second phone call.

She then confusingly sent me an email including my lawyer, repeating herself but misrepresenting my call - telling me if I wanted to complain, to liaise with my lawyer, and to stop contacting them. I replied to the email sent to me to reiterate that I had called to withdraw & not progress a complaint. I had originally emailed the complaint both because her receptionist had asked me to and because she herself had not been clear in the email she had sent me and my lawyer, who she was asking for a written complaint from, which is why I replied with my complaint. I stated that she had then hung up on me explaining to her that the second phone call to her agency was requested by her colleagues. I asked her not to contact me again. The manager then ignored my boundary not to be contacted again, by sending an aggressive email, in all capital letters ordering me to 'CEASE AND DESIST' from contacting them. Obviously trying to have the last word, even when she was clearly wrong the whole way, and completely breaking my confidentiality by reading the report on me.

This organization's behavior is disorganized, intimidating, and distressing, particularly given their role in supporting trauma victims.
