Happy with the product and price, and good expiry window on the strips. Deliver took a month which was longer than I expected, so just something to be mindful of.

I reached out requesting a refund or exchange, but haven’t received any response to my emails or requests. Very disappointed with the experience and won’t be returning. In 2026, it’s far more convenient to shop elsewhere. Medshop just can’t compete.

is that there is no way to contact them which makes people think the company is not legit however they are very legit. The first email will be that you have bought the items and the rest of the emails will be when you about to receive the items. Overall in had no problems. Iam very satisfied with the products. because although they order in from their South Australia warehouse they apparently hold full stock and promise about 10 working days to ship out. I had three weeks until Christmas so I took a chance on the mad Christmas shipping backlogs and ordered. The equipment arrived well packaged on the the 23rd December so alls well and my wife is very pleased. Thanks Matt NZ.

I purchased work pants online. Within the week they arrived on my doorstep in NZ. The entire process was so easy! (This is my 2nd time purchasing these trou off MedShop, as I love the 1st pair I purchased. They look good and are so comfortable).
Follow-up · They also dry very quickly once washed, no ironing needed, and my 1st pair purchased look just as new as my 2nd pair! They are a lightweight stretchy material so will be good for summer too!

The Cherokee WE210 are a great fit and nice material, as well as comfortable. I love the little side split. I also ordered the Cherokee WW110 scrub pants, however I didn‘t like the fit and material. The navy colour scrubs are true to colour, the „Hunter Green“ in my opinion is not, a bit too bright rather than the green pictured in the photos.
Can not be more disappointed and will never use again! We ordered and waited 4 weeks for the expected delivery of a defib wall cabinet. When still not delivered, kept chasing up for another 2 weeks with no luck. Hard to get a response, and eventually got a refund that took another 7 days to receive. Never use them!
Thought it was a needed QUICK buy from Medshop NEW ZEALAND as order site and receipt said but was despatched Medshop AUSTRALIA. Very long delivery time. Disappointing.

The service was good I have asked to have a delivery postponed and they emailed back promptly. I bought a KD-8000 digital food scale and I am happy with the product the only problem it doesn’t have an Australian plug so I have to use batteries.

The Stethoscope is good quality, and my granddaughter loves the colour. It is a nice touch we were able to have her name engraved onto it. The only surprise was to see that it came from Australia when the purchase was through Medshop NZ.
Customer service was excellent! After placing my order for my stethoscope, I realised I forgot to add in my choice for the free engraving and so I emailed the team to see if I could add it. The customer service team came back to me within a couple of hours and confirmed that they had added it to the order. Shipping was fast and quality is amazing!
I had a good experience. One of my items was put on back order due to being out of stock, they were easy to contact and lovely to chat with and we managed to get the rest of my order shipped. Then had a second shipment once the back ordered stock arrived.

efficient tracking, their system just isn't good enough. Do not have any expectations that your goods will arrive on time, or that you will be updated on the progress in a timely fashion.
My advice? Have low expectations and order what you need at least a month prior to when you actually need it. If you do that, you might be happy with the non-existent service they provide. It has been nearly four weeks since I placed my order, and I am still waiting.
