Ordered multiple different things. Some were in stock and others weren’t. Had what was available delivered to me. Reasonable communication and fairly responsive to emails. While it took few months to have all the things delivered, they got there in the end! Quality of the products were within expectations

A great stethoscope. Quick to arrive. Free engraving a bonus! Only problem is the colour is mildly different and not as bright as the website (not Medshops fault as it’s the same pictures as Littman website). More accurate colours can be found on Australian AMA or eNurse websites.

Brilliant, fast, efficient and excellent quality! I appreciated being contacted after my order was placed to confirm I was happy with the picture and writing I chose before they proceed putting it on the top. Lovely touch to customer service. Delivery was quick and came days earlier than scheduled. I'm so happy with the scrubs, they are great quality and so comfortable I will defo be ordering again in the future :)

The product needs a simple way to identify each blood pressure test. Like having a file for listing those being tested and being able to allocate a test to someone on the list. It has to be simple to operate.

The Cherokee WE210 are a great fit and nice material, as well as comfortable. I love the little side split. I also ordered the Cherokee WW110 scrub pants, however I didn‘t like the fit and material. The navy colour scrubs are true to colour, the „Hunter Green“ in my opinion is not, a bit too bright rather than the green pictured in the photos.

Can not be more disappointed and will never use again! We ordered and waited 4 weeks for the expected delivery of a defib wall cabinet. When still not delivered, kept chasing up for another 2 weeks with no luck. Hard to get a response, and eventually got a refund that took another 7 days to receive. Never use them!

Thought it was a needed QUICK buy from Medshop NEW ZEALAND as order site and receipt said but was despatched Medshop AUSTRALIA. Very long delivery time. Disappointing.

I was hesitant to order these scrubs online given that they were coming from Australia however I would do so again. The store was easy to navigate, customer service very responsive when I needed to update my address details and I understand my daughter is happy with the quality of scrubs received.

Our Doctor's nurse recommended that we purchase a pair of compression stockings for my husband. She recommended the Medshop site. I found what we needed. The postage was prompt, the stockings were a great price point. The product was great and fitted well and are comfortable and doing their job.

main reasons I purchased it—being able to record and save heart and lung sounds—requires an expensive subscription upgrade in the Eko app. From the product information, I had expected recording to be included as part of the purchase, so this came as an unpleasant surprise.

I understand the retailer has no control over Eko’s subscription model, so this isn’t a criticism of them. I simply think potential buyers should be aware that some of the features you might expect to use require an ongoing paid subscription.

Mens Jacket with Logo. The logo is wonderful! the jacket was brought because we liked the style better than the womens. Light weight jacket that fits our purpose of looking smart as a team.

I ordered a box of 24 CoaguChek XS PT test strips from Medshop. They had 12 months until the use by date which is important and the price was competitive. They arrived in good condition and in a timely fashion.

Happy with the product and price, and good expiry window on the strips. Deliver took a month which was longer than I expected, so just something to be mindful of.

Good service and products but nothing on their website to indicate that the product would be coming from Australia. Thought it was coming from New Zealand and would be delivered in a couple of days but took just under a week as it came from Australia.
