MedTech will cost you time and money - BEWARE – Don't be fooled. MedTech Evolution is not a completed software. It has bugs and crashed frequently. Not only that, but we have been waiting over 6 months for the product build out as per our contract. They have a Head of "Solutions" called [name removed] whom has no control of his employees or the tasks, and will continuly make excuses for work not being started or completed. We were promised all sorts of things including customisations, but we have had literally zero delivered. Outsourcing of their support centre is overseas, likely due to owners wanting more profits, and the once good company is in disrepair. They have an add on software called Manage My Health which runs a separate program that talks to the main software, but get this, it isn't quite operational. It sends errors, and the promised payment gateway hasn't even been coded. The list of issues becomes a joke then a tradegy. They had prescriptions being made in the software with errors on them! Errors on prescriptions in a Medical Software! We still have a list of 50 things to be fixed, and built and we are 6 months over time, and ooh the frustration continues with emails and requests and no traction. Lastly, they don't know how their software works in certain situations, meaning we now have to sign up for costly other software to complete our promised package!!! BEWARE - Do sign up with a contract with MedTech, cause it'll cost you big money.
