My expereince with Mercedes finance is the worst, but finally I was able to refinance my car with other provider and close the contract with Merc Finance. But, I still have money with them and I'm chasing them for now 2 weeks to refund me my money, nothing so far.

Worse website and app and expensive loan fees – Been with mbfs for about 2 weeks and I have not been able to access the website or app to update payment details. I would never used them again. Not to mention the $1500 loan fees to get the loan.

Terrible app – My MBFS portal claims that you can check you account at anytime 24/7. This is rubbish. Over the past 36 hours I have been trying to login with both the desktop and the app - nothing works! For a company that charges +++ price for their cars, you would expect that their online services would also equal that. Totally rubbish just like the look of their EVs.

Dodgy sales reps in their Southbank dealership – Was going to purchase a car from Mercedes Southbank dealership, took it for a test drive and decided to pay a deposit. The sales rep did not bother telling me about their terms and conditions, of course. A few days after, my car loan applications were rejected. Asked them for my deposit back - they said that it was not refundable. Liars and thieves. Never trust Mercedes Southbank!!! NEVER.

Mercedes will punish your company for using COVID Relief! – When COVID hit we took advantage of the relief package by deferring payments on just one of 2 contracts. 8 weeks later things weren't as bad as we thought so we asked them to reinstate the payment. They refused saying the variation had already been done. We have 3 other utes on hand-backs and when we asked them for new finance on one replacement they refuse us finance. 15 years of merc loyalty, we've never been late, never missed a payment and this is the treatment.
