Worst customer service ever – Wish I could give 0 stars. Brought 3 items of clothing. Told 3 weeks after purchase not in stock. Then got told would arrive following sat so post would be following week. Then 3 weeks later still no post. Demanded a tracking number and they cancelled the order.

Very small sizing – Be very careful buying from Mia. I ordered a jumper. Size was nothing like their chart. Sent photos and emails and got the run around. In my opinion this place is no good.

Really poor customer service. Will never order from this store again – I placed an order in mid July this year. Well within the timeframe of their Cancellation Policy, I submitted 2 emails via provided email address requesting cancellation of the order. The item still turned up a few weeks later. Attempted to contact them again via email, then via their website contact form. No response. Eventually was able to get a response via the online chat option, who took my details and got someone to contact me promptly.

After much back and forth, including Mia Store stating they had not received any Cancellation ( I have copies of emails sent), I eventually receive a return number. I return the item ($41 postage!!!) and request a refund of the postage amount as this was not my error, but Mia Stores error for sending the item despite my cancellation request. I am told a refund will be processed once they receive the item.

Long story short, I followed up again as I had not received any refund 1 month after the item was returned. I have received an email 3 times now stating the refund will be processed and I still have not received my refund. Ive also now been informed that they will not be refunding the exorbitant postage fee.

Customer service has been taking an average of 1 week to respond to each of my emails (despite website saying 1-2 business days). My request to be put in touch with a senior staff member to resolve this issue has also been ignored.

Safe to say, I will never order from this store again and do not recommend Mia Store to anyone who is not willing waste many hours of their time dealing with the appalling customer service. 4 months later and the issue is still not resolved.

Misleading product description. Customer service deliberately manipulative – Ordered shoes and raincoat via a Facebook advert. Products were poor quality. Package damaged on arrival. Raincoat was poorly designed, size was nothing like that described. 3 emails to customer asking for return label. Advert promised easy no quibble returns. Finally a link to returns but was asked to pay for tracked package to wharehouse in China. Cost of return was prohibitive. Asked how I could leave on line review and was told I should email it to customer service. Only positive reviews appear on the website. This company is a rip off. Warn your friends!
