MicroHeat Three Phase Series 2 Water Heater

Great service from these guys! – I have a MicroHeat heater that acts as a booster to our Sanden heat pump, since that heat pump is such a long way from our bathroom. It works really well - gives near instant heat when we turn the shower on, then powers back as the Sanden hot water comes through. However, after 4 years it stopped working! I was worried since the stated warranty is only 3 years. But MicroHeat replaced the unit with no squabbles. A replacement unit arrived in the mail very promptly and they even covered the cost of the electrician and plumber! This is great service from a small Aussie company. Thank you guys!

Excellent Technology - no elements - build quality is excellent, performance excellent – I ordered an 11 KW 3 Phase Microheat Hot Water unit direct from Microheat. Even with the higher price compared to other units the benefits outweigh the costs. No heating elements means one thing less to fail. The excellent temperature versus flow rate control beats all competitors because you dont have to use cold water to mix to get temperature no matter the flow. Also can cope with hard water without scaling. Build quality is very high standard, warranty is good, its Australian manufactured. The product has performed as per the manufacturer stated results and is silent in operation, takes up very small space and has excellent flow rate. The delivery time was slow due to the global shortages of electronic components but Microheat kept me well advised as to progress and impressively did not ask for any deposit or money until they actually shipped the unit. Good product in my view. I would n ot look at a conventional heat element type unit again.
