Midoc

Paid for premium 1 hour, got the second class waiting room. Midoc offers a one hour call-back but fails to deliver in over 3 hours. Typical service with no service, no phone number, but hopefully a refund.

Amazing 5 star – Excellent service quick call for the Doctor. Certificate arrived a few minutes later. I also received check in to see if I was ok. Really amazing service

Dont expect good customer service – Our son was ill, and had to miss a VCE Sac test as a result. If you get a medical certificate they are able to re sit the test at a latest date. We ordered a certificate, we paid for it, and the certificate never arrived via email. We followed up and they advised they rejected us because we didnt answer the phone - our phone records show 2 private numbers called, no voice mail left, that may have been them but who knows - we dont answer unknown phone numbers these days with all the scams going on. They had our email details - no record of contact there - so as a service, it is terrible. When we asked them to fix it - they said they wouldn't give us a medical certificate back dated to our original date, so now we need to go to doctors and get that done and unfortuately our son misses the make up SAC tomorrow as a result.. So if i could give 0 stars i would - customer service is shocking.
