Can someone tell me why the machine won't turn on when the front power sensor is touched? Regards John
MIELE CVA 5060 keep saying: Push water container as far it will go
I turn on the machine, it show heating phase, when it show rinsing. The brew unit moved and normaly the pump start and rinse. But now the pump dosen't start or making noise. And then it show « Push water container as far it will go« Please help
Just had CVA 5060 serviced and electrical board replaced. Still limited/no coffee from central spout. Technician advised that I may still have to replace the brew unit. Has anyone done this and had success? Happy to consider, however reluctant to outlay more money on the machine if it's near death. Purchased a replacement lid for the milk flask, have had poor quality milk viscosity ever since. Very thin, high pitched squeal when operating. Miele also no longer make the long milk cleaning brush. Sadly, it seems that built in obsolescence may be the business model for Miele Coffee Machines.
Brew unit is the engine of cva5060.My brew unit lasts about 4 years as we are high users. Should be good as gold when replaced.
I have had a trouble free Miele 5065 for years. There is now no water coming out the black coffee outlets. I suspect the brew unit despite it being cleaned regularly. Does anyone have any tips?
Did you resolve this by replacing your brew unit? I have limited/no coffee from central spout. Had machine fully serviced and electricals replaced. Technician advised that I may still have to replace the brew unit.
My problem was a worn drive shaft. Replacing this fixed the mavhine.
