We registered with mindDog to train our dog to become an assistance dog. We paid $900. During the initial stages of the process, after filling in an activity log, we needed to rehome our dog due to medical issues. We requested a refund. We have been told by the organisation and by fair trading that they will not repay any of the $900 fee.
