obvious that CGV give zero care about pets, only Money.

YOU used to be able to call in when you needed a simple thing like a nail clipping, especially when if you don't get it done, your pet's nails will pierce their foot pads. They basically told me to go away.

I prefer to take their advice and just GO AWAY. 16-year customer, not worth a napkin.

Greencross Vets should rename to GreenMoney Vets. It used to be a great place, but now you and your pet are a number, and even when you ask, they just shrug. And i guarantee your number isn't #1 as that is the money's number.

I then called to cancel the HEALTHY PETS PLUS insurance, and they told me I would need to pay for the year in full. Just double down then, mate and expect good people to cop it. Trust me, DON'T GO HERE, as in June 2026, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET.

amazing throughout the entire process. She made what could have been an overwhelming amount of preparation feel completely manageable, guiding us through everything needed for both the flight and the import so we always knew exactly what to do and when.

On the day, Teagen was equally wonderful. Our cats had to be dropped off very early for their vet checks, so she allowed me to visit them beforehand to reassure and calm them down, which definitely helped them. She then kept me updated the whole way through, right up until they were handed over to the handling staff at the airport. That kind of communication took so much of the worry out of the day.

The partner team on the South African side were just as caring and professional, and our cats were in safe hands the entire journey.

If you are nervous about transporting your pets, I cannot recommend Dogtainers highly enough. The care, patience and genuine kindness shown by the whole team made all the difference.

counterproductive. This is a frustrated feedback after being asked to change my description and photos in my profile after I’ve made 3 changes. This completely dissolved a sitters own advertising ability and instead being forced to write to exact wording you look for.

You have successfully stopped an experienced, successful dog sitter from joining your platform and making money for both of us. Your cyclical system is a joke, and looking at the terrible reviews from other sitters citing dismissive support and a low acceptance rate, it is clear I am not the only one you are driving away.

I hope you guys learn from this mistake and stop moderating your future contributions otherwise your future contributors move to your competitors. Don’t waste your time replying to this message as it’s of no use instead make an effort to change your company operations.

groceries when I specifically asked she replace anything she used. Left without mentioning above and then lied when asked about it. I had to produce evidence from her rubbish to get admission. What amazes me is that this site has opted to keep her on their books with «  a file note ». No warning other owners. Their review system is inadequate there’s no space to provide real feedback and you only have 2 weeks to provide it. I’m on another site now that seems much more rigorous. We faced several challenges along the way, including unexpected flight cancellations that could have been a logistical nightmare. However, the team handled every change with efficiency and kept us updated throughout the entire process. A special shout-out to Emily, who was a huge help from start to finish. Her communication was fantastic, providing much-needed reassurance during the more hectic moments of the journey. Knowing that Luna was in such capable hands made all the difference. my first time having to make the decision to let my pup go I wasn’t aware of the process. The information was thorough and clear except if there was a time frame. The vet did allow us time to give her a chocolate cupcake before we started the process. Over all I would definitely recommend this service and the cremation service people were 5 stars!!

and be independent. We had to cancel our proposed holiday and our kennel booking. We explained the situation we were in all to no avail. The owner deducted the money anyway from my husbands credit card which they had on file from over 2 years previously (in excess of $700) without our initial knowledge. They refused a refund for us and then also deducted a $143 cancellation fee from the credit they said they would issue. Very rude I believe. Be very careful when booking with these people.

recommend this clinic to our son, who's mini dachshund needed an operation on one of his rear legs. So he made an appointment, had a consultation and diagnostic x-rays done. He was quoted $6000 and while a bit more expensive that expect and researched,he booked in for the surgery. He returned home and about an hour later received a phone call saying if he could bring Devon straight back it would be $5000, because they have had a cancellation. Unfortunately, that was not possible and so he kept his original appointment. While is was a saving of $1000, he does work and also had to budget for the surgery. If he had known it would have been a saving of nearly $3000, as the bill came to $7977.16, he would have returned and we would have loaned the money to him. Then the day before surgery another phone call, approximately 1:30pm asking whether Devon could be brought in for his surgery as another cancellation, but as he had been fed etc, didn't want to take the risk of complications. Day of surgery and nurse advises that $6000 was a low quote and it could be up to $8000. You can image the shock!!! So, it appears that amazingly a surgery that could been done for $5000, if you took a cancellation, drastically goes up to $8000 when you keep your appointment. I'm wondering if this is because you are covering costs for a "visiting" surgeon and who had bookings cancelled, but he still needs to be paid. I can't express how disappointed I am in this clinic. The "philosophy" on their website is extremely misleading. We will never use this surgery again, which saddens us because we thought we had finally found our forever clinic.
