amazing Greencross Vet at Upper Coomera Queensland. The whole staff are top notch. The reception staff, the wonderful nurses and then, thank God for Dr Stuart our vet. He is second to none in both his manner, his care and his knowledge .I had given up on Greencross to be honest until Dr Stuart started practice at Upper Coomera. We have an 18 year old Maltese named Mickey who is in the last stages of his lovely little life and we couldn’t ask for better care for him. We also have Benji dog and Aslan cat and we know that they are all in the best hands. Thank you Stuart and your lovely staff who are also a pleasure to speak to. It’s a good feeling to receive calls from the staff to ask how Mickey is going. God Bless and thank you.

knew from the moment Christy picked him up that he was in great hands. Christy made an emotional goodbye much easier for our children and for that we are extremely grateful. The photo updates and live tracking updates were excellent both for us as the pet owners and for our family in Brisbane who were receiving him. Door to door transport was incredible and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Was very happy with the sitter that my dog stayed with for a week. He was taken on outings to the beach and dog parks. The photos I received showed him having a great time .

What amazes me is that this site has opted to keep her on their books with «  a file note ». No warning other owners. Their review system is inadequate there’s no space to provide real feedback and you only have 2 weeks to provide it. I’m on another site now that seems much more rigorous. These people don’t give a d#mn.

AeroPets has a 7-day cancellation policy, however, having a cancellation policy does not automatically mean retaining the entire $517 is reasonable. Our booking consisted of $118 for the Virgin Australia flight, $249 for the Ballarat pickup and $150 for crate hire. We cancelled before the transport took place. No driver travelled to Ballarat, the puppy was never collected and the crate was never provided. We have asked AeroPets to explain what actual costs or losses they incurred as a result of the cancellation and why they believe they are entitled to retain the entire $517. So far, we have been refused both a refund and a credit. We understand a business can have reasonable cancellation costs, but under the Australian Consumer Law, cancellation terms can potentially raise unfair contract term issues where they create a significant imbalance, aren't reasonably necessary to protect the business's legitimate interests, and cause financial detriment to the consumer. We aren't asking AeroPets to absorb genuine costs they actually incurred. We are asking for transparency about what they actually lost when the booking was cancelled before the transport occurred. Because at this stage they are making profit of doing nothing. We remain open to resolving this directly with AeroPets and welcome them to contact us regarding a fair resolution. We hope AeroPets will reconsider its position and provide a reasonable refund or credit based on the actual costs incurred. Very disappointing outcome, particularly when no transport service was ultimately provided.

husband didn't want to be there when it was time as he's never experienced euthanasia before. Dr Donovan was so calm, answered all my husbands questions and was incredibly patient that my husband stayed till the end. After our beloved dog passed and left our home, my husband was at peace saying goodbye to one of our best mates and so very grateful. Would highly recommend to anyone and family when it's time for a pet to cross the rainbow bridge.

breed 15 year old dog had been on pain medications for some time, but they were making him ill also, hurting his tummy. I'd nearly given up hope. Despite all my previous efforts (before Dr Mac) I'd had no success in gaining advice to alternative medications from other Vets to try for Papa. Within 2 days of Dr Macs visit and the medications Dr Mac perscibed, Papa is a new dog. Bright eyes, tail wagging, no crying in his sleep, no bad tummy... and he performed a full body stretch today... Something I hadn't seen him do for a very long time since he was a much younger dog. You're the best Dr Mac... Heart felt Thanks from me (Babs) and my best mate Papa.

Very competent and friendly staff! They take good care of our dog after three different surgeries. They don't charge excessively like most vets. For all these reasons, we drive 40 mins to see them. Much appreciated!

Paige was wonderful in helping her move Lexy to doggy heaven. Explained everything so well and was so compassionate. The treats to start with and beautiful flowers in the car when she left us. on us about how she’s been “screwed over in the past” She set a date for pickup and I had booked a hotel close by as it was quite a long drive to pick the kitten up, she then kept delaying this date due to the kitten not being well and making every excuse under the sun and just begging us to ask for a refund, the phone calls didn’t stop, we told her how sad it made us that the kitten was unwell and how we just wanted him to come to our loving home but she proceeded to tell us horrific stories leading with “oh you haven’t seen anything, I’ve seen it all” “I’ve seen Mother cats biting the heads off their kittens, this is nothing”. This went on for a couple of weeks, enough red flags that we gave up on the kitten that we’d fallen in love with through photos, I requested a refund of my full upfront payment and then had to deal with excuses as to why she couldn’t pay it back immediately (this was eventually paid), meanwhile on her Facebook she was boasting about Holidays with fancy hotels and food. 0/10 would not recommend, the entire process was traumatic
