worthwhile to support them and to support your pet. Their services and love for pets are incredible. Truly worth visiting them and truly they are genuine people. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pet clinic and store. Our dog Clifford has been treated well and he is out of ear infection in one week. Many clinics I had to visit and they are hungry for money but the treatment was not adequate. I really love to encourage them to keep the same standards and love for people and for pets.

the extractions made no difference. After another check up, a retained root was discovered & another surgery was performed. This too made no difference. Over a period of 4 months I was taking my cat there, at one stage they even suggested the pawing at the mouth could be a habit & so i stopped her pain medication....BIG mistake..! They then referred my cat to ARH Minchinbury, to a surgeon, he had a look & said the issue doesn't require surgery (still charged me $750), he did say that it could be due to the previous teeth extractions not being done correctly, & then referred my cat to ARH Homebush, slightly better, the vet there was very thourough, although she claimed the problem is a flea infestation..! My cat has not had fleas for 5 years..! She went on to say the issue is allergies. I spent hundreds on what was supposed to be a specialized diet, only to discover it was not specialized at all (thanks PetBarn..!!). A CT was also suggested BUT apparently it may not even show the issue if its an allergy, so it could cost me $5000 for nothing..! I went back to Greencross & they conducted a few tests (not cheap..!! but mostly unneeded). At this time i decided to seek a second opinion. I should point out now- from my first visit to Greencross, i mentioned that my cat had a build up of gunk in her left eye, i mentioned this to every vet & vet nurse there, their response was to just wipe it clean, nothing more. At the time i made an appointment with another vet, her eye started to look very different, so the second opinion i was seeking, now changed to seeing an Ophthalmologist. They diagnosed my cat with Uveitis & secondary glaucoma. Shortly after this, my cat had to have her eye removed. The initial pawing issue still remains. This is a VERY condensed version of events. Since last July, i have spent over $12,000 (not all at Greencross). The Ophthalmologist i saw, had one of her GP vets to take a look at my cat & she diagnosed FOPS & said it is a dental issue (which differs from ARH Homebush diagnosis of allergy). Bottom line- under no circumstances would i take an pet to Greencross OR ARH Minchinbury for ANY procedure. I'm sure they can handle things such as vaccinations, microchipping & other small procedures....but that's about it.
I am sorry to have to give such a negative review but i certainly don't believe my cat got the treatment she deserved. Every single day, multiple times my cat is pawing at her mouth despite spending over $6000 between Greencross Penrith & ARH Minchinbury & Homebush with no improvement & no real diagnosis, i am desperately trying to save for her to see a dentist or have a CT scan. I believe Greencross misdiagnosed my cat & i'm left to fix up their mistake....

sitting job for home owners who engaged in behaviour that I would never have imagined, including repeated, persistent intimidation, harassment, threats and bullying. The owners’ behaviour started after we had confirmed the job on Aussie and I had a commitment towards them (although this didn’t work the other way). Getting neighbours to stalk me and giving out my personal details to an unknown number of neighbours. Getting her sister to enter the house when I told them this was against the terms and conditions. Not wanting me to leave the house and calling me almost daily. Wanting to "go over things again" during their holiday when I had already spent the equivalent of 3 working days over 4 days before the job started going over things in incredible detail. A house that was very unclean, unhealthy and unsafe. And more. The job was then followed by threats to destroy my house sitting reputation because I wouldn’t pay their enormous electricity bill after having paid for the repair of their window that had fallen off its aged hinge (because they had indicated they wouldn’t repair anything and I felt unsafe) and after ending the job early because of injury with only 6 days notice and a relative coming over to harass me. And threatening before the job even started and after I had diligently taken more than 7 A4 pages of notes from 4 days of meetings regarding their many requirements, that “we want you to do everything because we want to give you a good review”. Unsurprisingly they gave me a malicious, false review. The Customer Service Manager had told me that I could make a complaint and I wanted to prevent this from happening to other house sitters. Given the severity of the behaviour and the Customer Service Manager’s caring, I had assumed that Aussie would take the complaint seriously, and I wasted a long time writing my complaint. I outlined the 6 terms and conditions the owners breached, and the multiple ways in which they were breached. However unfortunately once my complaint reached Aussie’s Managing Director, he chose to dismiss my whole complaint and not to investigate. I say this because 1. He didn’t respond to most of the breaches 2. The only breach he did respond to, he chose not to investigate (he said that the owners had not realised that it was against the terms to allow someone to enter the home during the sit and had apologised, even though I had provided Aussie with evidence that I had emailed them to let them know this was against the Ts and Cs and they had responded disregarding this. Aussie's MD gave them just a warning about this one aspect of my complaint only). I would have thought that Aussie’s Managing Director would have treated my 24 points regarding “(a) not to intimidate, harass, impersonate, stalk, threaten, bully or endanger any other User” and the many other issues raised with the seriousness that it deserved. At all times I was courteous towards everyone involved (although I did indicate to Aussie’s Managing Director that I felt invalidated and that he didn’t care about my ordeal through his not investigating my complaint), and I had simply outlined the facts and provided evidence. Aussie’s MD did not respond to my request for an explanation of why he chose not to investigate my complaint. The Customer Service Manager had kindly given me 6 months free membership however unfortunately this didn’t help me at all as I wasn’t able to get house sitting with the malicious review, despite my other glowing reviews - having previously secured jobs easily. I was a very conscientious house sitter who took excellent care of people’s pets and homes, and gave home owners a great experience, but I guess Aussie didn’t value me. So I had to give up on house sitting. My experience led me to the conclusion that Aussie’s MD doesn’t care much about the wellbeing or experience of house sitters. I would give the CSM 5 stars and I certainly think she does care about house sitters. It was only when I had a horrific experience that I discovered that Aussie’s MD did not share her caring. At all times I acted in good faith, as did the CSM. Unfortunately I did not experience good faith in return from Aussie’s MD . And I experienced not just bad faith from the home owners that Aussie’s MD chose not to investigate or ban, but repeated, persistent intimidation, harassment, threats and bullying, and a complete disregard for Aussie’s terms and conditions. Based on that experience, it seems Aussie’s management is unconcerned about owners who repeatedly demonstrate a complete disregard for its terms and conditions. In an extreme situation, Aussie’s MD chose to disregard my complaint. Which suggests to me that they may disregard all complaints, no matter how horrifying the situation is. Aussie disregarded not just my experience but also its own terms and conditions. If Aussie’s management doesn’t care in such an extreme situation, I worry this suggests they may not care in any situation. As a result of all the above, I hold a serious concern for the psychological and physical safety of house sitters who encounter such home owners through Aussie.

the claim they had done all the work although they had failed to follow up for a month after sending initial information. Unbelievable request of having to change my travel itinerary to accommodate their only availability. I went with another company who booked me for the date requested in three minutes. Shoddy experience blaming it on their high volume. They got their booking fee and failed to do their job. Do not use this company .

We faced several challenges along the way, including unexpected flight cancellations that could have been a logistical nightmare. However, the team handled every change with efficiency and kept us updated throughout the entire process. A special shout-out to Emily, who was a huge help from start to finish. Her communication was fantastic, providing much-needed reassurance during the more hectic moments of the journey. Knowing that Luna was in such capable hands made all the difference. She made it from one side of the world to the other and is doing completely fine, settling in perfectly. If you are looking for a pet relocation service that truly cares, I cannot recommend Aeropets highly enough!

recently. Dr Shanon took such an interest in Ali’s story and our kitty warmed to him straight away. It made what could’ve been a very traumatic task a very simple, peaceful and positive one. It was a very respectful and dignified way to say good-bye to our only pet of 20 years. He simply went to sleep doing what he loved more than anything - eating his Beef Mince Whiskas.

anxious and usually doesn’t tolerate grooming well at all, but he did amazingly with Jodie.
Jodie is very responsive to enquiries, which makes the whole process smooth and reassuring. What really stood out is her ethical, pet-first approach - you can tell she truly prioritises the wellbeing and comfort of the animals in her care.
The fact that she comes to you is a huge bonus, so convenient and much less stressful for pets. On top of that, her pricing is very fair for the level of care and service she provides.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jodie to anyone, especially if you have a nervous or sensitive cat.

The owner deducted the money anyway from my husbands credit card which they had on file from over 2 years previously (in excess of $700) without our initial knowledge. They refused a refund for us and then also deducted a $143 cancellation fee from the credit they said they would issue. Very rude I believe. Be very careful when booking with these people.

I supervised the euthanasia of an 18 year old Lab. I would give the vet, Winnie 10 stars. She above and beyond. The cremation truck didn’t turn up, so Winnie took the body to her own home for pick up. They deserve - 10 stars.

health issues as they get older, and after many years of rarely needing vet care, we now find ourselves visiting much more regularly.
What has stood out to us every time is the compassion and understanding shown by the whole team. When caring for older animals, there are often difficult decisions to make about treatment options while also trying to manage the financial realities that come with ongoing care. These moments can feel emotionally challenging, and we are incredibly grateful to have a veterinary team who approach those conversations with such kindness and respect.
Dr Jason, in particular, has been extraordinarily supportive. He takes the time to talk through options clearly and thoughtfully, and never makes you feel judged when trying to balance what is best for your animals with what is financially manageable.
We feel very fortunate to have such a compassionate and understanding team helping us care for our pets in their later years.
