I didn't purchase but I called them out on their misleading posts – They say free templates but its not, you pay a subscription and then you get a free template. Its not free then. Then when I said that to the guy he got aggressive and blocked me. I didnt screenshot but I can do it again if you dont think I am telling the truth. Try it for yourself.

Liars. Scammers. AVOID – They take your money and then disable your password so that logging into the account and downloading product or removing your credit card is impossible. The password reset function does not work and any attempt to get them to fix this is ignored. Asking them to do this on Facebook results in blocking. Then they fraudulently debit your credit card for services you did not purchase.

They then tell you the only way to remove your credit card from their site is "to log in and remove it".

Terrible!!! Don't subscribe with monsterone.com scammers - buyer beware! – Monsterone.com or Monster One are affiliated with TemplateMonster.com (or Template Monster) and sell online subscriptions services for unlimited website templates... However... BUYER BEWARE!!!!! My shopping experience was on templatemonster.com, where I was looking for website themes... I found a theme I liked and then saw an offer for unlimited access to themes across the site.... They then they take your money, pushing you across to another subsidiary, monsterone.com where they offer limited versions of the same theme you've shopped at tempaltemonster.com and then try and upsell you on the full version you viewed and thought you were purchasing and getting access to from template monster.

Their approached to customer support is appalling... I was bumped me through 4 chat agents.... it was almost comical getting routed from the a customer service agent, to the senior customer service agent, to the extra senior customer service agent to the senior senior customer service agent....

They insisted I'd misunderstood the service, but is clearly misleading and you're sure to wind up disappointed with these pirates, who sell an unlimited service and then try and upsell you to full template versions.

When chatting with another customer service agent, I made the comment that they must receive a lot of complaints about this bait and switch approach, and he said he's not allowed to talk about it it.

They're clearing aware of the misleading approach they take towards capturing customers payments and pushing them to upsell for a product that is in no way, unlimited.

Stay away from Monsteron.com or subscription based services from templatemonster.com!
