Moochies Smart Phone Watch Version 1

Great Phone watch – Great phone watch for my Autistic child.Excellent safety features, navigator, classroom mode, face to face calls and SOS button for emergencies. All aspects practised and gives me real piece of mind knowing my child can easily contact me or I them if needed.

Great Service – I dealt with Febril and the service I received was excellent, she fixed my issues in a prompt manner and always returned my emails. she resolved all my problems promptly.

P.O.S – First one... Supposedly water resistant.... splash of water - cooked Replacement one... won't connect to a network. I must admit the team do respond quickly with another trick to try but nothing works. Bought it for my son for Christmas, been getting charged monthly bills since, and he hasn't worn the thing past christmas day. Great stuff....

Love the watch! I can ring my son and see where he is located any time – We only had a problem connecting it to the network but I contacted Moochies support team and Angel was able to help me to resolve this issue within couple of hours. Great support, very efficient! Show reply

A fantastic alternative to giving my 9 year old a mobile phone – Angel was quick to reply to my email regarding set up of the watch. She was professional, friendly and efficient to deal with. Love it my daughter feels confident to catch the bus home without worrying – We purchased the watch last year and stopped using it while i was able to pick her up from school each day, she needs to catch the bus and reactivated it today with ease. Thanks Rosario you were a great help Show reply

Excellent customer service – We had an issue with our watch so we emailed support. Andrew was very helpful with guiding us through the process of checking the watch and came to the conclusion their tech team would have to review it. approved repairs at a cost of $79.95 to us ($70 for repair, $9.95 for postage back to us).

Received the watch in mail today and it ended up being a brand new watch!

Very impressed as we were under the impression it was just going to be repaired.

Throughout the entire process Andrew was on hand and replied to ours emails.

Once again, impressive customer service.

by Express courier delivery .. it arrived here just 1 hour before we had to leave to go up the Coast. Just enough time to wrap the gift. !! Many thanks Emmanuel for your attention and help and getting the delivery done just in time. Granddaughter was thrilled with her first smart watch.

Cheap and nasty – I brought this watch for my son for Christmas. I will admit the sos and call feature works well and is clear- however you cannot end a call once you move from the call screen. I found the watch cheap and nasty - app is not very user friendly and looks cheaply produced. My son had a fall and smashed the screen within the first week. I am now going to purchase the spacetalk watch which uses gorilla glass - much better for active children!  Show details

Terrible dont waste your money – I bought one which didnt work so i contacted them through facebook and they did send me out another one. I struggled to get it to work as the set up is frustrating and few days of using it it stopped working. Very dissappinted. Don't even consider – This watch is not fit for purpose. It is not indicated but it requires 2G network, so not even the supplied SIM works!. It's a new product using almost extinct technology, we were told "I think Vodaphone has 2G" Telstra, Optus definetley don't . from our brief usage trying to get it to work, I would doubt it would last a day. We were going to buy 2 of them thankfully we only got one. Hopefully we can successfully get a refund. This product shouldn't be approved for sale.

No 2G coverage here so it doesn't even work! – Well that was a waste of money. So angry. 2G network has been switched off here so we only have 3g, and therefore the watch doesn't even work everywhere we go!!
