Worst Food Streamer Ever – Have had the streamer just over a year. product I have ever used and hopefully will see this used for many years to come. Thumbs up Good Guys and Morphy Richards, I love it! The ease for ensuring that the veg or whatever I am cooking comes out perfect and when I am ready to serve. No watching, stirring or hoping it doesnt burn.

Use it all the time - best appliance I've ever bought – I was upsold this in the store. It's the best money I've ever spent. I come home, put this on and go for a walk/hang out the washing/do other things. The food is perfectly cooked, doesn't need watching, and if I take a little longer than expected, it stays warm without being overcooked. It's a great motivator to eat healthy, too, since it's so easy. Just put everything in at once. Convenient, easy to use.

3 Compartments = Awesomeness – This unit is the bomb diggity of steamers. I’ve used stove top and 3 tier electric steamers and I just love how this one separates into 3 compartments. Inconsistent and lacks power – The Intellisteam replaced a $59 Kambrook Essentials steamer that had broken after 1.5 years of solid use. the pre-set time, but also the steam power level. The manual does not explain the power levels at all.

This becomes apparent when you want to team frozen buns and other food. Where the old Kambrook would make PERFECT buns in 13 minutes, the Intellisteam after twice the time left me with soggy buns that had fallen apart at the bottom and were still cold in the middle. One of the buns was also still partially frozen! The steamer just kept turning on off on off and failed to maintain the required level of steam power.

To add insult to injury, the parts are all extremely bulky and hard to wash. Timing feature is genius, easy to use and works well. Doesn't steam food very well, lacks power compared to entry-level models.

Excellent – good multipurpose unit that cooks meat, veg and rice by auto preset timing. a bit pricey but look for it on sale. It is excellent. I have cooked fish, rice and veg all at the same time.
