Horrific service – Dropped of my Scott Bonner cylinder mower off for a simple service and reel sharpen, waited three weeks before I had to call, to see if it was ready. still didn’t work moving backwards and when engaging reel, mower would take off without using the throttle. Called them to explain the issues, said they would come back and pick it up again but was pretty sure it would come back the same if not worse. End up getting on to a professional to have a look at it and assures me that the reel had not been backlapped, chains for roller were too tight and throttle was over tightened. Paid $240 for the spark plug and oil to be dropped. Also must have sat outside for the three weeks as it come back rusted. Would give no stars, if possible

Exceptional service – I had a problem with a new Toro zero turn mower I bought from mowers galore. On 3 separate occasions they came to me to rectify an intermittent fault. commitment to taking ownership of the problem was exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending mowers galore to anyone.

Pathetic service – Visited North Geelong store to enquire about UTV. Disinterested sales persons gave me minimal details and never offered to actually show me the vehicle or demonstrate it. I was a genuine buyer, so went home and searched online products. Am pursuing a vehicle now, with vendors that are helpful and keen for sales.

Mowers Galore service – Fantastic after sales service. Bought husky ride on at home show. Nothing but problems. Local Mowers Galore store helped with warranty even though not purchase from them. Picked up mowe each time and returned it. Very friendly and belpful. Highly recommend them.
