As the Licensee of a busy Perth CBD agency, I expect professional-grade support from my software partners. MRI Property Tree has failed on every front. The sales process is the last time you will ever get a prompt response. Our BDM is effectively a ghost; phone calls and emails go unanswered for days, if not weeks. When you finally give up and try the call center, you are routed to an offshore team that is clearly scripted and completely unequipped to handle complex billing or account inquiries.
I am at my absolute wits' end. We are paying for a service that feels like it’s being run on autopilot with zero regard for the client experience. If you value your time and need a partner who actually answers the phone when a billing issue arises, look elsewhere.
Avoid at all costs.
