Professional Service by EnenceMy package from Enence arrived in perfect condition and with no problems. It was left in a secure location that I could easily access even if I wasn't home at the time. Complete [Content Removed]I would give this product / company a negative 10 if I could. I am outraged to see that this is an on going [Content Removed] for others as well. Like everyone else's reviews I ordered one device and was charged and received 4 despite me requesting to cancel my order immediately. When they refused to respond to my requests to return my order I opened a dispute with PayPal. PayPal sided with them and that is when they responded to my request for a return refusing to give instructions for the return claiming they prefer to settle though paypal. I cant even find an address for them to file a complaint with the better business bureau. Hopefully I still have the packaging with their return address to file a complaint with BBB. Show details
Horrible waste of moneyAs others have stated this is not a stand alone device and requires your cell phone with app open in order to use. There is no Enlish native language and the are several apps for your phone that will do this without a separate device. Waste of money. It was shipped from Tennessee for about $5. to return it you have to ship it to Lithuania, at a cost of $27 for me then the postal clerk said they would have to pay a landing fee of $36 and others have said there is a $15 restock fee. That takes most of the $89 we paid so we decided not to return it. Expensive lesson. Show details

However, there are obvious patterns of behavior's from Enence to support this is not the case and would strongly advise everyone to steer clear! The generic reply to other complaints appears the same, "we're sorry for the inconvenience!" Absolute garbage, if you're truly sorry you would stop continuing to rip people off! I was very careful with my inquiry and did not confirm or authorize any order, yet alone the purchase of 4. When I was told "thanks for your purchase", I promptly contacted Muama to cancel the order that I did not place. Per the other reviews, no answer despite three separate emails to Muama. Despite contacting Muama promptly, even before the items left their warehouse, they still sent the translators and demanding me to pay for the return postage as per their terms and conditions. I do not care about their terms and conditions as I did not agree to them in the first place. The product does not work and customer support ignore all emailsThe sound function on this product did not work so I am unable to hear the translation. Which makes the product useless. I tried to get help from Enence online support but I was ignored. Then I tried to ask how to return the product and once again I was ignored. i have set up my translator correctly. When I speak there is no translated response to the device. The translation can be seen on the app screen.
I received my device and let it charge all night. The device will not power on unless it is plugged in. It is acting like it is not holding a charge or there is no battery in the device. Is this an issue that is common?
