hair extensions – i bought two packs of extensions one on card other on zip pay only recieved one pack going on two weeks. endless emails no response from them.just paid my second zip payment but no hair.have to wait another two weeks before zip pay takes action. never again will i waste my money on cat walk extensions ,

Bad customer service. Still haven't received them – I placed an order 8 days ago and have not been sent any shipping information to say whether or not the item has been sent. from quite a few hair extension websites and i have always been notified when my item has been shipped and received a reply to my emails within 24 hours.

There is no need for these extensions now as i wont be able to wear them for my event. I have emailed stating i want a refund but still i have had no reply! if i don't receive an email back by COB today i will be taking this up with fair trading. I will not recommend this company to anyone i know.

curling and straightening irons on this hair it gets dry and tangled.

I have purchased other extensions in the past, which, with the use of heat protection products when used with straightening irons still feel good and don't shed as much months later.

So for those looking for quality hair extensions that feel great to touch, with minimal shedding...look elsewhere!

Waste of money!!! – Don't waste your money in express delivery you have to wait at least four days. When I ordered there was just this express option.

questioned the colour difference I was told no they are exactly the same colour and was told my other products will be shipped that day after wait over a week again they finally arrived ( once again what happened to express post). Also very slow at replying once you have placed you order and paid. Quality of the hair is ok only had them in for under a week, well only have 1 set in as the colour difference was to noticeable.

all...it has now been three weeks and I am ready to take them out! Ive had enough! the bonds are totally crap...the hair SHEDS like crazy and I mean so much hair i had to sweep the floor twice a day!! three weeks in and they are very very dry and matting with all my natural hair making it incredibly difficult to brush and ruining my natutal hair...i am actually terrified to take these out because the damage is not going to be a pretty sight! Worst product and coustomer services I'v ever had! – Worst experience ever! The hair is terrible condition they are thin and frizzy! I was sent a patchy colour job which was nothing like the colour I ordered, they were also the wrong length (shorter) and looked completely different to what is pictured online. when I tried to get a refund I was met with rudeness and a refusal of any kind of refund.

tape alone in my hair which in turn was extremely hard to remove and ripped my hair out along with it. I contacted the sellers and they were nothing but rude and dismissive basically saying it was MY fault even when I had explained that I know how to take care of extensions and my sets usually last me longer then a good set is meant to on average anyway. They took no responsibility AT ALL. I left it as I can't be stuffed with a company that isn't the slightest bit helpful or apologetic and decided to just take them out and let everyone else know not to purchase from there. Today I was still disappointed so I decided to do a burn test with the already un wearable extensions and turns out they are also mixed with plastic. Half the hair burns to ash the other half burns into melted plastic! lmao who would have guessed, right. I would never buy them again and suggest you not to as well if you want realiable hair :)

postage as i received them 5 days late then claimed i'm out of their 'express shipping area', when really my friend up the road got hers on time a week before me. They are a very rude bunch of people and will not be getting anymore money from me ever.

Shed so bad – Worst customer service, they shed SO bad and at first they sent me the completely wrong order. I will never buy from them again they are so so so freaken rude and the lady is the biggest cretin. Colour match was completely off but luckily enough they blend into my hair.

Disappointed hate catwalk hair extensions – I will not recommend catwalk hair extensions to no one I didnt end up putting them they are really fine hair which i got told it was thick. waste of money

Disappointed – I ordered a full head (200 strands) of easy loop extensions and they did not give me a full head of hair at all. The hair is thin. I've gone with asian brands before and the hair was much thicker. Plus after two washes the extensions feel extremely dry and need to be brushed every five minutes otherwise they tangle. :( Would not recommend.

of the tapes had fallen out completely ripping my hair out along with it and now after about 6-8 weeks I'm ready for what would usually be time to remove & re tape them but what is left is half a head of tapes and all the hair has actually fallen out of the tapes, every time I brush my hair a mountain of blonde hair keeps coming out and I have the equivalent left of about 4-6 tapes from about 20-25 tapes still in my hair. for the person who was going to have them, I ended up using them on myself. Yes, they are soft, but they are extremely thin once in the hair a whole head has the thinness of just under a half head, they are very "stringy" and fray out at the ends, definitley not double drawn. They have the same quality as Indian hair in how thin and frayed they are and I'm over all appearance so I don't know why it says European hair. I don't understand why other people have said this hair was thick and lasts because I have not had that experience.

chunks that were not attached to the clip properly came out, also a bright colored thread was sewed in with the hair?? considering they are supposed to be 120g thick, they are very thin especially the ends its thickness is not consistent. I literally have the thinnest hair ever, cannot do anything with it hence why I bought these extensions BUT you can still see where my real hair finishes. now people would suggest get it cut to suit. NO I literally don't even have 2cm thick hair at the bottom (shoulder length hair) that's how thin it is. Also, this hair is very very very knotty - I feel like I am forever having to brush it..

anyway, with all there so called great reviews. From experience of 2 other places I have been to in the past I would recommend you do a lot more research. I may give zala hair extensions a try.

Perfect! I love Catwalk Hair Extensions!! – Ive had the same set of clip ins from Catwalk for over a year and they are still in awesome condition. And this is even after dying them multiple times! Wouldn't buy from anywhere else. My hairdresser uses these in her salon and I have even had their tape extensions which are just as good. Always recommend these to everyone!

Fast delivery, high quality and long lasting – These are probably the best extensions I have used in my many years of wearing and trialling different brands. These guys post out very quickly- I received them the day after and the hair itself is everything one would hope for when buying high quality 100% European human hair. All my friends now use them. Keep up the good work guys!

Waste of money – I wished I just stuck to Bevelery May hair, they are the best I also agree with Ada .H, terrible dry dead looking hair after 4 washes, I too would comb / brush my hair and minutes later a bird nest, not to mention broken hair can't wait to get them out and spend a little more for better quality. say the least!!! They were knotty 24/7!! I would comb my hair up to 10 times a day and still after that they were as knotty as a birds nest. I hardly wore my hair down as it looked like my hair was electricuted! Would not recommend to anybody. Pay a little extra and get better extensions. My lesson learnt!!!

Terrible – Hair was blunt cut straight across at the bottom. Making it necessary for you to have them cut in by a hairdresser otherwise they are extremely obvious. When I purposely buy 24" hair I do not want to cut them. Also once I had used purple shampoo on them they were ruined. These are horse hair not human hair.

After the first day it was hard as the ends were so dry and tatty so I made sure to treat them daily with maroccan oil. Finally I washed them and push a fair lot of conditioner in only the ends to try and help soften them. I used recommended shampoos and conditioners. They only got worse. I had them in for 6 weeks and they only worsened over the time I had them. I pretty much had to keep them plaited all the time and take them out a few times to brush them to keep them from from going gross. Every time I brushed them half the hair would wind up in the brush itself no matter how gently I brushed. I would brush from bottom to top as I was told. It STILL knotted and if I didn't brush them practically every half hour or hour, then they would turn into a rats nest almost like I was trying to have dread locks! The ends split so badly it was horrible. My natural hair was silky soft but the extensions were just disgusting. I thought I was doing something wrong so kept looking up how to maintain tape extensions and I was doing everything by the book. All to no avail. The hair was so course and had a hard time blending with my natural hair as I have thick hair and my head was already full of tape so I couldnt even put more in to try and help it. They grew out after about 6-7 weeks so I needed them out. I had them removed 3 days ago now and last night I had to douse my hair is vegetable oil to try and get rid of excess resin that was left behind which in turn even though then brushed out easily with a comb however it STILL took a LOT of my natural hair with it as the resin just wouldn't let go. I'm just glad and lucky I have thick hair and it doesnt look bad. I know that my hair is half as thick as it used to be and I know it'll grow back so I'm not too worried but I was just really disappointed. thought I was getting good qaulity but it turns out they weren't too good after 2 days of being in my hair. I do however still miss them and still did like having long hair but i just would have been happier if they were better quality. I spent $330 on them only to have it pretty much be wasted.

took them to the hairdressers to put into my hair, which they did, after not even two days I had a shower and straight away they all began to fall out of my hair, when I dried the remaining ones I brushed my hair only to see more fall out, the tapes were long a very hard and irritated my scalp badly. The tapes themselves were extremely poor and were advertised to be 'real hair' which I found out of my hair dresser the hair was actually synthetic, I would never recommend this brand to anyone ever. I've tried celebrity tape in extensions as well and they are 100% better! DO NOT BUY CATWALK

My catwalk hair extensions – I ordered the chestnut brown 22 inches clip in extensions. I must say, the product I recieved is exactly what I wanted and what I was told it to be. The thickness is fantastic. I ordered them and got them straight Away Ye next morning. Very happy it is as an affordable price and you also get a free hair brush and information on how to look after the extensions.
