Cannot book a telehealth appointment because they refuse to answer the calls – Trying to set a telehealth appointment for my wife, who is bedridden. On Hotdoc, you cannot just book a telehealth appointment - you need to phone them on the number supplied. When you attempt to call them, THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE. My wife cannot move due to a back injury, so I need to drive there personally to book so she can have a phone visit. Poor service. Poor form.
