THE Best Kitchen Scales – This is quite simply THE best kitchen digital scale I have ever owned. It is superbly designed and wonderful to use. Unlike many other scales, you can still see the displayed weight (with many of the flat ones, a largish bowl overhangs and thus obscures the displayed weight!) even with large containers. Theres a single touch control to adjust tare and return it to before adding more weight. I love it. There’s even a baker % function though I have not learned to use it yet. Stainless steel top wipes clean, as does the display and function buttons. Bought it as I make a lot of sourdough (accurate weighing is essential, especially when starting and learning) and it was recommended by an experienced sourdough baker. I have owned a few digital scales, but can’t imagine ever using anything else in future. Easy to use, accurate and I use it almost everyday. I cannot praise it highly enough.
