return policy means your stuck with products that you can’t get rid of. Their stock levels are completely unpredictable with most e-liquids only available in the larger size for $60. The fact that you can’t use your prescription to compare with other companies products to determine the best fit for you is ridiculous. Just out to make a buck and are not in your best interests. Try somewhere else.

Never heard back – It's been over a month since my application with still no response from a doctor for nicotine alternatives. I have emailed and was told they'd look into it a couple weeks ago.. still no response. If your looking for nicotine alternatives, go elsewhere I believe this is just a data resell scam

Please log in to see your products". So I logged in to my account, to see no products listed as prescribed, even though it says I have 12 repeats. I called the help number and the person was un-approachable and showed zero interest in helping me. She told me I had to speak to their pharmacist to see what products the doctor had prescribed me. This is very dangerous and immoral in my opinion. How can a doctor prescribe me products, after not even a basic consult, and then to be told that I could only access my "script" through their website. I told them I thought this service offered an e-script, and she told me that I need to see my own doctor for that. At that point she just wanted to hang up on me. The entire phone call lasted 56 seconds.

This company looks like it's being investigated for questionable practices. I have put a complaint forward with the TGA because I feel this company is dangerous and offering nil to no service. I encourage others to put complaints forward to have this company investigated.

Think they may have been legit previously but not now – Take your money but don't supply the product. Nobody answers the phone or calls back. No response to emails or requests for a refund. Guess I timed this wrong and someone at myduke is having a great time with all our money before the company shuts down then opens up under another name.

despite specifically only ordering product that was stated as "in stock" on their website. Seems like they're very happy to take your money but not so keen on filling your order or communicating with the customer.

Also......your prescription is only valid at My Duke and you cannot use it elsewhere. Was this script even approved by a doctor? If so, I should be able to use it elsewhere. I asked for a refund as this was a terrible customer experience. A complete waste of my time. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I asked for a refund – I found them, I had to chase them. I sent money. ( been approved) 2 working days it states. 13 days later. (Still under review) I email, 2 days later I get a call, n we will see about the tracking. No I want a refund still states under review. I wasn’t told if or when I was receiving my money, so best I call again.

received an email from a doctor (no phone call) saying the prescription had been approved… never spoke with this doctor so I’m doubting the legitimacy of this process. No medical history taken, no discussion about weaning off cigarettes, no discussion about other medical history… Tried to view the prescription online but couldn’t open it. I called My Duke Pharmacy and was told that you don’t get to have a copy of the prescription. Only THEIR pharmacy gets to see it because YOU CAN ONLY BUY FROM THEIR SHOP!! Anyways, at this point I have no idea what has been prescribed, amounts/strength so I go to their online store as directed and they are out of stock of virtually everything. Only 2 packs of very strong nicotine pods (2ml) for $15!! A 30ml bottle of vape liquid is usually around $25 but theirs is over $35 and they have no stock anyway… a new vaping stick (5ml capacity) is around $80 ($20 in a vape shop) but these are also out of stock… Called My Duke Pharmacy and explained that everything is unavailable and to please just send the prescription so I can purchase elsewhere. Nope. They won’t do that. You can only buy from their pharmacy. Apparently it’s their ‘business model’. Ummmm. That’s not a business model, that’s called collusion… Especially when you can buy the EXACT SAME TGA approved products from elsewhere using a prescription. I managed to find out the name of the doctor who wrote the prescription so I’ll be calling his practice tomorrow to request the prescription to be emailed to my client so they can obtain the products they need from a store of their choosing. *Update: The registered AHPRA address for this doctor is a Supercare Clinic in a bayside suburb of Melbourne. When I called this morning I was advised that particular doctor has not worked there in ‘years’. Hmmm. The fact you need a prescription for nicotine vapes now has opened the door to some very dodgy practices. Since today’s debacle I have done some investigation and found there’s a lot of companies charging obscene amounts for prescriptions (some over $150, not rebatable by Medicare) or in MDP’s case, the prescription is bulk billed but they only let you purchase their overpriced products (if they had anything in stock to begin with…) This is like going to your doctor for antibiotics but being told you can only buy from Amcal even though you can get the same medicine from any chemist cheaper and easier. (And they’d probably have stock…) Collusion is illegal in Australia. I’m thinking a call to report this [Content Removed] to the ACCC and AHPRA is on the cards… Absolutely disgraceful. Don’t involve yourself in a place that’s purely out to make a buck from people trying to improve their health.
