these, in line with your weight loss goals. The app has an excellent food database, links with smart devices (e.g. Garmin), has different weight loss methods, and provides heaps of nutritional information. Have tried dieting however, I’ve found this app to be the best method for losing weight. It does require daily discipline to enter all foods and drinks consumed.
